If HxH is returning alongside Burn The Witch, i believe it would be in the preview or even a official announcement by Jump

It's time like this I'm happy I read VNs. I'm used to this pain.
I mean, Shinohara did talk about the series rocky start, but clearly there was something or else he wouldn't have been able to keep going. Interest improved pretty quickly after the Student Council were introduced (which was Chapter 10).
I'm guessing that's the case as well with Time Paradox. Jump doesn't ordinarily have this many new series serialized at the same time, so I think there's just a larger amount of spaces up for grabs than usual. For the last handful of years, there have always been a lot of veteran series that were essentially untouchable that have now come to their natural conclusions. Mix that with the fact that Mashle is the biggest hit for all series started in the last year, and I'd say it makes sense we'd get more new starts this year than normal.
My point was more about "starting too many stuff too fast" than cancelling stuff, they just started 4 series yesterday but tomorrow they will potentially start 2 or even 3 new series already.

I agree the problem of overwhelming readers is there, but what's Jump to do? Jettisoning dead weight is a far safer idea than keeping it around for no reason. Otherwise we're just stuck with the Taibei Squad situation where a bunch of series no one cares about just stick around in the background for months and months.
I know. When I said all series started in the last year, I meant for series less than a year old and not 2019
Just breath, don't need to go 27 chapters for dead series but also not under 16/15 chapters just to pump more and more new series and potentially confuse readers, unless it's really needed for a hxh return or big author returning, we will see this week.
Chainsaw Man at #66 is pretty big. Other than that nothing really surprising other than MHA below both TPN volumes
The gap with the WNL volumes is really telling insofar as the series popularity relative to the rest of the roster.

Just because they're getting money doesn't mean the magazine itself is in a good spot. Their financial reports will be through the roof regardless this year, but long term it can really hurt them.
