Made tom yum and teriyaki beef

Went in a Japanese traditionnal sweets shop in Paris and tried :

Matcha cake filled with Azuki, so goood !

Ujikintoki : Matcha shaved ice with Azuki not bad at all, very refreshing.

But nothing close to the greatness of the hanjuku cheese tarts couldnt find a single shop in paris that sells thoses !

Wow that's all matcha themed! I can imagine my sis would like it. She's a fan of matcha though I'd love to try it as well

So actually its one of the oldest Kyoto's sweets shop, its been founded in 16th century & they have a shop in Paris and yes its awesome !!! if she likes matcha she would enjoy everything i tried there

rawon by a Madurese restaurant the meat was super soft. the inside was red but the outside was black. I wonder how to make such! its soup was black too and viscous

and dori as a little company during shopkeeping

I had a avocado/mango salad as breakfast, and lunch was an egg sandwich.
For dinner I had a Moroccan inspired dish with chickpeas and couscous.
Right now ruining my healthy day with snacks (but thats ok)

We were meant to make them for the footy final on Sunday, but couldn't wait

pizza I made myself for dinner.

i dont do breakfasts if it's not from a coffee shop or restaurant lol. can't ever seem to find the time or energy to get up and make myself some.

Margherita, on top were pepperoni, sweetcorn and some chicken.

wanted some vegetables for toppings as well but my sister would kill me if i had put onions and peppers on there lol

Yes....
But switch the pepperoni for beef....add them onions and peppers.
But also add some mushrooms and black olives

I'll call these, Crab Pop!


Basically the ingredients: crab meat, tofu, seasoned flour, salt, pepper, minced garlic, eggs

Went last week with a friend of mine, in an Ethiopan restaurant. A really nice and cozy place :

So i ate a dish called shero (the kind of soup in a pot), its basically a kind of thick soup of chick peas with spiced butter, my friend went for alicha ( 3 spiced vegetables kind of mashed. everything was served with 2 kind of pancakes, you use them (no knife or fork) to eat. My friend's dish and mine were served onto one kind of similar pancake (thanksfully shes vegan )

we didnt attend, but there was a coffee ceremony called Buna, dont know exactly how it works, its seemingly roasting coffee with incense in the jebena (gray device on the left of the pic)

otherwise, i currently eat almost everyday with just eggs, or soup, or salad, mashed avocado seasoned with wtv (i use sicilian olive oil, with pepper & vinegar or lemon juice, but anything can do) on flaxseed and marrow seeds bread toasts.

A combination of Siwon's instant noodle and secang (Indonesian ginger drink) is nice for rainy season

Also cooked salmon with butter sauce today

 

[Abysmal Flop]

Don't judge me but, since Christmas Eve, it's only been Cereal and Pizza for me. My family had a misunderstanding ordering pizza for the holiday.

Went to Buffet today

I ate so many foods today that i don't even remember fully

From chicken kebabs to ice cream and kulfis it's so great.

Whilst at work got some lunch from a hospital cafeteria. And man...
.. something about real food.
The staff was kind enough to let me have an egg n cheese on bread sammie. Despite it being 13.40.
Yum yum .
