Sorry for stepping in, but I've read that pangasius along with tilapia are not the best choices unless you know who grew them. They both aren't picky in food and dishonest producers may feed them badly.

And today I ate a lot, starting with eggs and veggies in the morning, then potatoes, chicken and a nice broth, and recently I've eaten pasta with creamy lentils, chickpea and tomatoes.

Fried catfish. I don't know why, but for me catfish is the only freshwater fish with a distinguished taste. All other freshwater fish taste the same for me.

made nasi goreng (fried rice) with ingredients: rice ofc, beef sausage, gouda cheese, onion, butter (to replace cooking oil), sambal terasi (a kind of sambal). + omelette. pretty satisfied

For dinner I ate a rib eye steak, a finely sliced pear, a finely sliced apple, and some cherry tomatoes.

Made crispy broccoli for lunch. Brought me nostalgic feelings from high school times.

I had satay with rice. And some roasted fish with Sambal.

After that, I had a smoothie. One of the best combos I've ever head.
