I.e. since Prince of Tennis began in 1999 (IIRC) then the year the series events occurs is 1999 (If stated to be other year please say so).
In your opinion what would the teams line-up look in 1998 and 2000? (If you want to especulate about other years like.. Dunno 1996 or 1997 Seigaku, please say so too lol)
I have 2 questions though.. We all know that in 1998 Echizen hadn't joined Seigaku but were Kaidoh and Momoshiro part of Seigaku regulars? (Being first graders)
Anyway here it is IMO.
Seigaku 1998:
-Yamamoto (3rd grade)
-Tezuka (2nd grade)
-Fuji (2nd grade)
-Oishi (2nd grade)
-Kikumaru (2nd grade)
I don't know if it was stated that Inui or Kawamura were regulars so I left them out, the other regular slots should be filled with other 3rd graders.
Seigaku 2000:
-Kaidoh (3rd grade)
-Momoshiro (3rd grade)
-Arai (3rd grade)
-Ryoma (2nd grade)
-Horio (2nd grade)
-Kachiro (2nd grade)
-Katsuo (2nd grade)
The other slots should be filled by random 3rd graders or a star 1st grader.. This year Seigaku would have a very lame team IMO..
The power-houses would be Kaidoh, Momoshiro and Ryoma.. And out of those 3 its nothing compared to Seigaku's 1999 powerhouses Tezuka, Fuji and Ryoma which most of the times won their respective games..
