i just can't decide yet,because(how noodles already mentioned) there are still so many manga to come and to get finished,so i just can't decide yet.
but if i had to vote, i would vote for Dragon ball and OP,because they were just epic
of course i didn't have enough time to read other epic manga,but i will do it for sure,so maybe my opinion will change

Not going to vote either, it's hard to fully state why those manga there in that list are some of the manga which could be listed as the greatest ever; it's too biased and opinions vary from people to people.
However, if you changed the vote to, say, "What shounen manga is the greatest of all time?", that might be a better indication for what you're looking for; your current question is just too broad for that list of 9-odd manga.
Plus, I see that you don't have a shoujo title in there; some people may find that a shoujo title is the greatest manga of all time.

20th century boys, Monster and Berserk are mu three favorites, but choosing between them isn't easy. But I agree, with most of the others, it's not possible to decide something like this, even if you've got every manga in the world on the list. Though you could ask what ones favorite manga would be.

Death Note, really? I voted One Piece, it's already solidified itself as the greatest to me personally, even though my scope is significantly more narrow than a lot of peoples. I know by the time the series is finished it'll be even more widely recognized as the best manga. I am curious to look into Monster considering the praise it's getting however.

You should narrow down the category. All of them are shounen. I love many shounen and feel sick of lots of shoujo series, however, Kaze Hikaru forever shines in my heart (*-*).
Plus, the list is not finished with full of best manga titles, even in terms of shounen so I'm not gonna vote!
