Ken-chan! Thank you! Yeah, Yotsuba is her name.

Yotsubato means 'Yotsuba and', which is why the manga's either called Yotsubato! or Yotsuba&!, since each chapter (or episodes, as they're called) is titled "Yotsuba and ...".

I first saw her in one of Dyro-sama's sig.

That blue thing? I have no absolute idea. I saw a plushie of it in the manga itself, and I'ver seen it elsewhere in other mangas. So I jsut added it to make it...look weird? XD
