www.stoptazmo.com has the manga through vol 17 chapter 3, nothing past vol 17. chapter... 5 or so? You can find up to whatever has been scanlated on #lurk, but as for that guide, NO, I will not give you one, just google search for mIRC and they'll have one. The official #lurk website,
www.gotlurk.net probably has one too, or a link to one.
NO ONE has scanlated vol 18 or 19, or the last chapter of 17. Don't ask for a while.

But seriously, who would WRITE a guide at a single person's request?! You're being so irrational about this. "Direct" me to a guide or something to that effect would have cut at least half of the insults up to this point. (I'll consider zomg acceptable, because it's used as more of a joke than anything else) There are also several other grammatical errors in your post too obvious to explain....
