Conditional Yukino Aguria vs Lucy Heartfilia

This is the battle between the only mages with golden celestial spirit gate keys!
In the one corner, we have Yukio from Fiores formerly strongest guild: Sabertooth and in the other one Fairy Tails #1 cosplay mage: Lucy!

This fight is held at the Domus Flau Arena.
Both mages are at full strength and there is no time limit; the match is only won once the other mage is unconscious and cannot continue.

Conditions:

Lucy can't use Aquarius at all.
Pisces will be summoned in their human forms.

Who shall be victorious?

Considering Lucy's recent display, this shouldn't even be close. Even without that, however, Lucy's just superior. She has the greater number of spirits, more versatility, and more actual ability. Lucy only need summon a spirit to buy time, and then alongside Gemini, she utilises Urano Metria, fight over, and that's an absolute win against the overwhelming majority of opponents.

Unless Yukino has trained like hell over the time-skip, the one-sided win goes straight to Lucy.

Lucy takes this easy diff. She doesn't need Aquarius. Loke would solo Yukino and Lucy can just stand there and cheer.

You didn't say Lucy couldn't use Stardress. One punch from Taurus form would be a fatality. Sagittarius form can take out the snake in a second. Not to mention Urano Metria is a one hit K.O and don't say Yukino knows Urano Metria because that was a anime filler. Also not only can Lucy use Stardress but her Spirits are still a threat, Lucy is able to summon at least 3 all at one time, Yukino only has 3 worth talking about and it's unknown if Yukino could even pull two at out at a time.

Yukino is so out match and out number it isn't funny, she may as well die just so Lucy can have a full key set.
