Not bad for a first try. Don't worry, my first try was worse

There are rooms of improvements of course. For example, perhaps a little bit of shadows on his face would bring the more realistic feeling. Since from the lineart, the light source is coming from Zoro's right, it's weird not to have a little bit of shadows at all on his face.

Secondly, it's kinda blurry (the lines). Try not to enlarge the image too much, it'll destroy the lines. You can either resize it to a suitable size (not really recommended) or get a bigger resolution scan

Just keep it up, and you'll improve for sure
