So my cleaner for my Naruto PArt 2 redo project vanished off the face of the earth without ever getting anything to me. SO I need a new cleaner/editor/redrawer for that project, preferably someone who's not bogged down with school and has experience. PM me with samples.
Please note that I am on painkillers. There will be typos.

Kisame: Let's wait this out under a tree.
We can't have the body getting too cold.
Itachi: Right.

Kisame: We should be hearing from the leader soon

Page 2:
Title: Akatsuki Gathers!
SFX: Rustle
Text: He carries his prey on his katana, like a trophy.
Page 3:
Itachi: He looks like he's about to die.
Be careful with him, he's very old.
Kisame: You only say that because you don't know what he's capable of.
The "Four Tails" uses many different elemental fusions. This Jinchuuriki was no pushover, I assure you.
You didn't fight him directly,
I wouldn't expect you to understand what I went through.
Itachi: Hmph.
Page 4:
Kisame: Then again, I was the one who wanted to go by himself.
Perhaps you'll let me beat your target half to death, too?
Itachi: Don't get cocky, Kisame.
Kisame: I am a bit tired.
I'd like to find him quickly so I can rest.
Itachi: There's no rush, go ahead and take a break.
It's going to take a fair amount of time.
Page 5:
Kisame: I wonder.
There are only a couple left, right?
Obviously, we need to seal the Nine-tails last.
Our leader has made it clear
that if we don't, the balance will be destroyed and the sealing statue will crumble.
And since we need to bring them back alive,
don't you think we should try to find the Jinchuuriki as quickly as we can.
SFX: Slump
SFX: Sit

Itachi: Not really.
Deidara screwed up, too.
If our target needs to be sealed last, there should be no problem with leaving that hunt for last.
Plus, Akatsuki has started standing out too much.
SFX: Plop
Itachi:If we try to take the Nine-tails now, the response from the Leaf Village will be even bigger than last time.
Kisame: Hmmm...
I suppose so...
Itachi: The Leaf has a large amount of contacts in the other Hidden Villages.
If they put the word out, it'll be very difficult for us to make a move.
Getting the Jinchuuriki up to the Eight-tails first is a much better plan.
Page 7:
Kisame: I see... I must admit, that makes sense.
Itachi: He has good timing.
SFX: Bzzzzzzt x 4
Page 8:
Leader: You're late.
Kisame: We just caught the Jinchuuriki a moment ago.
We had to take a few extra precautions to make sure he wouldn't get away.
Leader: Good.
It looks like everyone's here.
Kisame: Hmm?
What about Hidan and Kakuzu?
Page 9:
Leader: They're dead.
Tsunade: Uchiha Itachi, eh...
What about him?
Sakura: If we can just capture one member of Akatsuki,
we can turn them over to Ibiki-san, and let him extract whatever information he can get.
Tsunade: I did order each squadron to make every effort to take members of Akatsuki alive, if they encountered any...

Kakashi: Unfortunately, they're not very easy to talk to.
If you look our previous encounters with them,
capturing them was either too dangerous or not an option.
Sakura: Kakashi-sensei...
Naruto: Then what're we supposed to do?!
Kakashi: Well, the only thing we can do is do our best to find Itachi, right?

Kisame: Really now? Haha...
So the "Zombie Twins" are dead, eh?
I wish I could've seen how they were killed.
Leader: Don't talk about your comrades like that.
Kisame: Who got them?
Zetsu (Human): Leaf Ninja.
Zetsu (Robot): It was Kakashi and the Nine-tails Jinchuuriki again.
Tobi: They're strong, aren't they?
No wonder you got beat-up, Deidara-senpai.
Deidara: TOBI!

Deidara: If I had to keep my patience with you in a bag, it'd be bursting at the seems!
Say another word and I'll make you wish you were never born!
Tobi: Haha...your patience, in a bag?
Like your bag of exploding clay?

Leader: Shut up, Deidara, unless you want to prove Tobi right.

Kisame: How do you expect us to catch all the Jinchuuriki if you keep goofing around!
Leader: Huuuu...
Kisame: Anyways...
I'd like to seal the Four-tails as soon as possible...
Leader: Hang on, I've got other things to talk about.
Kisame: What?
Leader: Apparently, someone else has been killed.
Kisame: Really? Who?
Page 14:
LeadeR: Orochimaru.
Kisame: It's been 10 years since he left Akatsuki...
I suppose his time finally came, eh?
Whoever killed him must have been something else.
Who was it?
Leader: Uchiha Sasuke.
Deidara: I wanted to kill him...mmm.
Page 15:
Kisame: Heh...impressive.
You must be proud of your little brother, Itachi-san.
Zetsu (Human): He's gathered up a few underlings,
all of whom could be problematic for us.
Kisame: Oh?
Leader: You should know one of them...
One of the Hidden Mist's Houzuki brothers.
Kisame: Suigetsu?
Now that takes me back.
Leader: Juugo of Tenpin is with him as well.
Itachi and Kisame, you two need to stay alert.
They're probably going after you two.
Page 16:
Leader: Everyone else, remember what I've told you about Uchiha Sasuke.
If they learn too much about Itachi and Kisame they may try to disrupt Akatsuki's plans.
Deidara: Hey Kisame, what's the deal with that Suigetsu guy you mentioned?
Kisame: I last saw him ten years ago...
Cute kid. Always smiling.
He'd always chop the limbs off his enemies before beheading them.

Karin: What the hell are you, a Kappa? [H: Kappa - The ever-present water-imp from Japanese mythology]
Get up off your ass and stop drinking all our water!
Deidara: They sound like an interesting bunch...
Mmm.
Side: Strong enough to concern even Akatsuki, Sasuke's group "Hebi" begins to move. Surely, trouble is on the horizon.
Bottom: "Hebi" and Naruto begin their searches for Itachi!

Where did you get that part on page 3:

In doing some research I can't seem to find an extant word for youton 熔遁
but given the meaning of the kanji, why did you translate it that way?
Is it some kind of term I missed earlier in the manga?

It may be expounded upon in later issues but it's the best I can do for now.
Also, a reminder to everyone that Kisame gets the win for the "Zombie Twins" comment.
My fav line yet.
"Combi" isn't an english word and "Zombie Combo" didn't have the same ring to it :D
Though, flattery aside, one thing about the note for p. 17, about the Kappa thing. Kappa are actually part of Japanese folklore/folk literature, not Japanese mythology. Just wanted to point it out, as there is an important difference.
