Thank you for selecting the Hu-ga Famboy / Famboy Color "Final Re:Quest" Game Pak. Before playing this game, please familiarize yourself with this "Adventure Guide" , it will tell you how to properly use and enjoy the game. Please keep this "Adventure Guide" in a safe place for future reference.

お客様ご自身でカセットを分解した場合、当社ではー切責任を負いかねますので、ご注意ください。
Warning: If you disassemble the Game Pak, the company will no longer assume responsibility and you will void your warranty.
１）精密機械ですので、極端な温度条件下での使用や保管および強いショックを避けてください。また絶対に分解しないでください。
1) This is a high precision game. Keep it away from extreme temperatures and mechanical shock at all times. Do not take it apart.
２）瑞子部に手を触れたり、水にぬらすなど汚さないようにしてください。故障の原因になります。
2) Avoid touching the connectors. Do not get them wet or dirty. Doing so may damage the game.
３）シンナー・ベンジン・アルコール等の揮発油でふがないでください。
3) Do not clean with benzene, paint thinner, alcohol, or other such solvents.
４）ご使用後はACアダプターをコンセントから必ず抜いておいてください。
4) Always unplug the AC adapter from the wall outlet when not in use.
５）テレビ画面からできるだけ離れてゲームをしてください。
5) Please sit or stand as far away from the game screen as possible.
６）長時間ゲームをするときは、健康のため約２時間ごとに10分か１５分の小休止をしてください。
6) When playing the game for a long time, take a 10 to 15 minute break every two hours to avoid fatigue.
７）このカセットはFAMBOY FAMBOYカラー共有ですが、FAMBOYにて動作をさせた場合、画面は５２色カラーでなく、４階調モノクロ表示となります。
7) This Game Pak is Famboy / Famboy Color compatible. When operated on the Famboy, the picture will not be shown in 52 colors, as it only has a 4-tone monochrome display.

この世界の中心ともいえる強国であり、精強を以て知られるリアントニア王国の中でも特に武名を轟かせる戦士。
It is said that in the center of this land exists a strong nation, known as the Liantonia Kingdom, which is known for being powerful, especially in terms of it's renowned military, consisting of exemplary soldiers.
ただひたすらに武と義の道を極め、国王の信も厚く、老いたる今なお世界一の戦士とうたわれている。
Anything but ordinary, they follow the way of honor & valor, putting a great amount of trust in their king. To this day, this old warrior travels the world extoling these virtues.
攻撃、防御、体力ともに優れ、戦闘ではほぼ最強だが、魔法が使えないという弱点を持つ。
He excels in attack, defence, and stamina, making him roughly the strongest in battles, his one weakness being that he can't use magic.
リアントニアの王女にふさわしい若者を求める旅の途中、魔王出現の噂を間き、暗黒魔界大陸に向かうが…。
In the middle of his journey to find a suitable young suitor for The princess of Liantonia, rumors began spreading about the appearance of a demon king, thus he makes his way towards the Dark Spirit World continent...

中央海の向こう、商人の国として知られる都市国家マチャントからやってきた、自称「世界一の商人」。
Beyond the Central Sea, hailing from the city-state known as the kingdom of merchants, "Machanto", he's the self-proclaimed "Number One Merchant in the World".
利と得を追い求め、世界の危機もどこ吹く風。勇者一行に潜り込んでの一攫千金だけを目論む食えない男。
Pursuing fame & fortune, he goes where the wind takes him across this dangerous land. In one swoop, he slips his way into the hero's party, his cunning schemes a priceless asset to the team.
攻撃力に欠けるため戦闘の役には立たないが、体力だけはありやたらにしぶとく、また宝箱にしかけられたワナの解除、アイテムの強奪、換金など、さまざまな特殊技能を持つため重宝する。
Even though he lacks the power to stand in an offensive position, he has a lot of stamina, making him able to withstand a lot of damage. He's also able to disarm traps set in treasure chests, steal items & convert them into money, as well as various other special skills that will surely come in handy.
実は家族を国に残してきており、何か大きな夢を抱いているらしいが…。
In any case, he left his family and his country behind, but it seems he keeps holding on to some big dream...

女ばかりのおそろしい蛮国として知られるヴァルキリアの王女。
Known as the Princess of Valkyria, this woman strikes fear into barbaric nations.
気高くありながら、獣のように野蛮。信じるものは強さだけ、戦いを好み、欲しいものはただ奪うというすごく迷惑なお姫様。
While she appears noble, she can also be as savage as a beast. As a princess, she believes that having only strength, a taste for battle, or a desire to steal items are all awfully bothersome traits.
幼いながらも強大なアウラ（超能力）の使い手であり、アウラによって駆動する超古代の遺物「音速龍」を操って、仲間たちとともに世界中を好き放題に荒らしまわっていた。魔法が使えず、体力にも欠けるが、遠距離から攻撃できるアウラ技と、戦士や勇者に次ぐ攻撃力と素早さを持ち、育て方によってはさらに強力なクラスチェンジ（転職）ができるらしい。
Even though she's young, she is a powerful aura (ESP) user who wields the super ancient relic "Supersonic Dragon", which is powered by aura. Traveling across the land alongside her companions she indulges in laying waste with her powers. While she lacks stamina, she is good at magic, has aura skills that can attack from long-range, and has attack power and speed second only to the Warrior and the Hero. By using the Class Change (Job system) she's able to increase her power further.
祖国と龍を魔王に奪われ、新天地建設を夢見るが…。
Her homeland and her dragon were taken from her by the demon king, but she still dreams of establishing a new world...

まるで魔王を倒すためのように、ある日突然この世界に現れた、謎に包まれた若者。プレイヤー（あなた）の分身。
As though he was fated to defeat the demon king, this young man, shrouded in mystery, suddenly appeared in the world one day. He's an avatar of the player (You!).
攻撃力、防御力、魔法と、すべてにバランスの取れたキャラクターで、仲間たちに様々な「めいれい」を与えることができる。
Using attack, defence, and magic, this character comes off as the most balanced of them all. He's also able to issue various "commands" to party members.
この世界の運命はすべて勇者（つまりあなた）にかかっているのだ！健闘を祈る！
The fate of this world rests in this hero's (a.k.a. your) hands! I pray you fight valiently!

ここにあるものはアイテムのほんの一部です。また、お店で買えるものの他に、怪物と戦ったり、宝箱を見つけたりして、手にはいるものもあります。
Shown here are just a fraction of the items. In addition to buying them from a shop, you can also get your hands on these by finding them in tresure chests, or fighting monsters.
よく効く薬
Handy Elixir
解毒効果を持った薬です。毒におかされた体をもとにもどし、体力も回復させます。
This elixir has a detoxifying effect. It removes poison from the body, and allows you to restore stamina.
絶対治る薬
Cure-All Elixir
麻痺治療と解毒の効果を併せ持った薬です。絶対に治りますが激しく体力を減少させます。
This elixir cures paralysis as well as having a detoxifying effect. It fully heals you, but will also severely decrease your stamina.
ファイナルポーション
Final Potion
全ての状態異常を治し、体力と魔力も回復させる究極の回復アイテム。
Cures all status effects, and recovers both stamina and magic, making this the ultimate recovery item.
伝説の薬
Legendary Elixir
数百年前の勇者と魔王の戦いで使用された薬。効果は誰にもわからない。
The last time this elixir has been used was hundreds of years before the struggle between our hero and the Demon King. Nobody knows it's effect.
復活の石
Revival Stone
体力と魔力、生と死を入れ替えることのできる魔法の石。
A magical stone that extracts stamina from magic, and life from death.
奇跡の御札
Miracle Talisman
治療回復効果に加えて、まれに眠っていた力を引き出すことがある御札。
It cures and recovers at the same time, and also has a chance of making a deep sleep talisman appear.

Goddess Athena Statue
神の力を宿した木彫りの像。フィールドでのモンスター遭遇率を下げてくれる。
A wooden statue containing the power of a deity. Lowers your monster encounter rate in the field.

Excalibur
先代の勇者が魔王を打ち破ったとされる伝説の剣。
The legendary sword used by the hero's ancestor to destroy the demon king.

Seal of the Holy Church

An item displaying the majesty of the church. Hold it over your head to use the church for free.
リアン王の王冠
King Leon's Crown
黄金で作られた、持つものに富と栄誉を約束する王冠。
Made of gold, this crown promises wealth and honor to those who posess it.
姫の首飾り
Princess's Necklace
ドラゴンを封じた首飾り。戦闘中１度だけドラゴンを召喚できる。
A necklace with a dragon sealed inside. Lets you summon a dragon once per battle.
追憶の指輪
Ring of Rememberance
過去を呼び覚ます力を持つ不思議な指輪。
A mysterious ring with the power to recall the past.

About the Merchant's "Appraisal Eye"
商人はアイテムを査定する能力を持っています。この鑑定眼を有効に使いましょう。
Merchants have the ability to assess items. Below are the effects when using the Appraisal Eye.
・現金査定 ＞ アイテム単体を現金化
- Cash Assessment -> Converts a single item into cash
・今すぐ現金 ＞ アイテムをまとめて現金化。ただし重要アイテムは現金化できません。
- Cash Advance -> Converts many items into cash. However, important items cannot be changed.

A notice from HU-GA's old sage (Hero's rules)
電源を入れたまま、コンセントを抜いたり、カセットの抜き差しをしてはならんぞ！
While the POWER is on, DO NOT remove or insert the Game Pak, and DO NOT remove the plug from the wall outlet!
ゲームを終える時は、必ず神聖散会でお祈りをして、リセットボタンを押しながら電源を切るのじゃ。
When you've finished playing, be sure your hero prays at a holy altar, then push in and hold the RESET button while you turn off the POWER.
カセットは、絶対に分解してはいかんぞ！
Never disassemble the Game Pak for any reason!
