people would laugh, a popular person.

But when he was alone, he would have a serious face that looked lonely.

Girls were weak to that kind of thing.

He was really popular.

P17

All the girls were kind to him.

それでね
And…

The face he makes when he’s embarrassed is really charming.

When the archery club had practice, all the girls would gather around, interrupting practice.

He was always getting scolded by the manager.

He would laugh it off, and get manager would get mad at him again.

Everyone watching would laugh too.

It was always lively around him.

It’s the same as what Takeda-san told me.

A bright, kind and fun senpai.

But the cheerful and popular side is…

A side that he himself created, a sorrowful clown, and not his real self.

P18

“I am a monster that cannot love.”

“Living is embarrassing.”

“If people found out about it, I wouldn’t be able to stand it.”
<br inserted into Osamu Dazai’s “Ningen Shikkaku”.

That was like another will.

What was he trying to do, preparing another will?

Did he write that with a recipient in mind?

Was it someone who understands him?

Was it S, the person who will bring forth his destruction?

Or maybe someone else?

P19

Was there anyone that he was especially kind to?

He had a lot of “kind friends”.

But “special” is a little tough.

Manabe Shigeru and Soeda Yasuyuki, who were both his classmates as well as members of the archery club.

They were together a lot.

The archery clubs OB from before!?

P20

At the time, Manabe was going out with their manager, Sena Rihoko.

Including them, it was a group of 5.

After graduating, Rihoko broke up with Manabe.

She started going out with Soeda, and they got married. Now it’s Soeda Rihoko.

Manabe Shigeru. Soega Yasuyuki. Sena Rihoko.

And his lover, Kihima Sakiko.

All of them have an S in their names.

That’s right…

I brought a photo of Kataoka Shuuji.

P21

Want to see it?

…Maki you pervert.

P22

Hey.

I just got over a cold.

If I take off anymore, I’ll get sick again.

If that happens then I’ll make special arrangements for a room at my family’s hospital.

And I’ll kindly nurse you back to health.

Geez.

If you don’t show it to me, I’ll break off our friendship.

Tooko-senpai is like a kid, so if you don’t do it she’ll really break off your friendship.

P24

Even if she strips anymore, it won’t change the fact that she’s flat.

Even with 1 slip off, she’s still flat.

Geez~~~~!

Konoha-kun you idiot!!

バカ
Stupid.

バカ
Stupid.

Stupid.

Ah.
