7 ミコシ Mikoshi...
「見越し入道」のことか？ So it's a Mikoshi-nyuudo*, huh. 「伸び上がり」とも言われるように見上げれば見上げる程背が伸びて The longer you look up at him, the taller he grows. しかも本人しか姿を認識できないことからして。。。おそらく But I don't think anybody can see him except the person he looks at... probably.
TL note: According to legend, Mikoshi-nyuudo was a youkai who appeared as a crosseyed monk on the side of the road. When you stared at him, he would grow taller. If he grew tall enough, you would die, unless you chanted "mikoshita" ("I see higher") at which point he would disappear.
メイ！ 応答しろ Mei! Come in! こちら半蔵 声が聞こえるか？ This is Hanzou. Do you read me? (それ無線機じゃありませんからね) (It's not a walkie-talkie...).
そいつの正体は「見越し入道」だ Its true form is a Mikoshi-nyuudo. 頭から足にかけて視線を落とした後 「ミコシタ」と唱えれば消滅する Look him up and down slowly from head to toe, then chant "mikoshita" and he will dissipate.

あまり長い間肥大させたままだと If you let it keep growing for much longer 破裂して暴風で吹き飛ばされる可能性がある theres a chance it could explode and blow you away.
なにそれ結構危険な妖怪じゃない！！！ What!? It's not that dangerous of a youkai!! あーもう！とにかくやってみるからいったん切るよ Sheesh! Anyway I'm gonna try this so I'm hanging up.

この人形 昨日蔵から消えているのに気がついて I noticed that this doll disappeared from the storehouse yesterday, 今日一日 付近を捜索していたのだが 神社から出ていなかったんだな so all day today I searched the neighborhood but I guess it never left the shrine.
じーさんの話だと According to grandpa's story 持ち主に捨てられてからここに来るまで長いこと野晒しにされていたそうだ It came here after its owner threw it away and has been weather-beaten for a long time. それでおもったより早く妖怪化してしまったのかもな Because of that it ended up becoming a youkai pretty quickly. 気の毒に What a pity.
6 その人形どうするんだ？ What are you going to do with that doll? 案ずるな Don't worry about it. 後でちゃんと浄化して供養する I'll purify it and lay it to rest properly later.

神社は言わば妖怪の出入りが激しい結界領域 A shrine is a spiritual barrier where the coming and going of youkai is intense. それをこの「逢魔が刻」に人間とうろつくなんて愚かだと言っているのだ！ It's foolish to loiter around here with a human during the "time of disaster".
しかも 弱いくせに And to top it off you're WEAK!
＊逢魔が刻 *Time of Disaster 昼と夜の境目である日の入り頃は On the borderline of daytime and evening around sunset 妖怪の出没率が高い。 the rate of youkai appearance is high.

千歳 Chitose 千の歳と書いて Written like "1000" and "age". *(Chitose is explaining the kanji in her name. There are usually dozens of ways to write the same name with different kanji, so it's a common occurence in Japan to tell someone exactly how your name is written during introductions.) 千歳だ It's Chitose.
