T/N: Manaka (Meaning "Center") is the male lead in Ichigo 100% the four girls are after. He also had the same voice actor in the Ichigo 100% anime as Sougo does in the Gintama anime, Suzumura Kenichi. This joke took me like half an hour to decipher.
