Commentary:
Mukyou Roukaku…all human senses (such as vision, hearing and smell) are perceived by passing through each respective sensory nerve from the eyes, ears or nose which is their entrance and causes messages to the brain which is entirely of the central nervous system. The Ougi Mukyou Roukaku is a technique that stimulates the brain with super-high frequency sound waves that are emitted from bells created with a unique metal of Gyokuou Stone, uses a particular effect that paralyzes the optic nerves and the feeling of perspective of the opponent’s eyes disturbs the breadth of the senses. Naturally, an opponent whose vision is warped will come to fight a virtual image that will always be in a slipped position without seizing the actual one. The characteristic of this Ougi is that the sound emitted from the bells are hard to understand in itself when taking the technique due to the super-high frequency sound waves that’s outside the scope of audibility of a human, but there is a weakness that there will come to not be an effect of the technique when the sound source is cut off.

Naturally, the user of this Ougi has piled on a hardening that they won’t be deceived by the technique themselves. Incidentally, pet cats have been well seen with bells on their collar, but there’s no need to say that they’re not users of Mukyou Roukaku.

TN: Alright, I sort of get the way that Mukyou Roukaku works by now and understand it is another "Otokojuku-ism" (by way of...well, Miyashita in a wig) of the weird bells that allowed Jinshou to deceive everyone all this time. But...I'm still a tad confused about the whole part with the blood even if I finally sort of get it. It took me a while to see Jinshou wipe the bell off with his shoulder and I sort of can see how it would change the bell's pitch even if Date wouldn't notice it himself. (well no one would) But at the same time, I also don't quite get how the sense of hearing would affect vision...yeah I know there are aspects of balance within the ears, but to have one sense elude and confuse the others would make things rather difficult and strange. I guess I'm trying too hard with it but it is a confusing thing, even if I'm sort of happy that we're finally past this part and, once again, the weird stuff turns out to be something bizarre that just seems weird. (sort of a bit like Senkuu's fight with the mummy) But...let me warn you: the most bizarre part of this fight is yet to come...
