Hakuhou: I CAN’T FORGIVE YOU---!! YOU’RE A GUY WHO IS BELOW AN INSECT----!!

TN: A drunk spider...only in Otokojuku would we see a spider get drunk on Chinese wine and dance around on a guy's head. As bad as some of the Seven Tusks has gotten, this fight really has felt like a flashback to what made this series so much fun once upon a time. Sure I had a bit of flashes regarding Raiden's fight with Enpou from this chapter (though Enpou loved his monkeys...and as of now Gishou doesn't mind squashing his own pet spider once it fails him) and sort of wish it was Raiden out there again instead...but considering that Hakuhou is just a fun character and this really brings out the best in him, maybe I don't mind indulging in what was decided upon for this fight after all. Yeah, it's not a perfect scenario, but when you're trying to save a manga, sometimes you have to do something like this. Though...instead of doing special crap and rushing, Miyashita probably should just have more fun fights like this one.
