Kouryuu Tenrinheki…since antiquity to modern times, there have been many legends of bird-men speaking of people who fly in the air in every corner of the world, but a famous one are hermits said to live in Mt. Kinto in China. Originally, “Kouryuu” (Descending-Dragon) had a meaning of a hermit whose form appears descending from the mountain to the Earth to face the masses once every four years. The reality of changing it into the incarnation of a kenpou is this Kouryuu Tenrinheki, the greatest Ougi in the history of Chinese Kenpou.

To master this, it is necessary to have, of course, the wrist power to rotate a staff or kon that is endowed with wing-shaped figures on both ends and a sense of equilibrium that towers over the rest.

TN: Now this was a fun chapter filled with insane and weird action. Sure I still complain about how similar Kennou's "ultimate secret" is similar to Jaki's Senpuushou technique, but the way it was used and deffeated ultimately by Wan Taaren was what made all the difference. Besides, the factor of the helicopter style is just more crazy business as usual in Otokojuku in making a bizarre technique out of something as mundane as a helicopter...the sort of stuff that has made me love this series for so long. But...it does feel weird that the Taaren/Kennou fight is over when it's just been contrasting final attacks...but as I said before: the series was starting to reach a point of no return and I guess Miyashita wanted to show Wan Taaren off once before it was all over.
