About smaller

Hello! I've just started trying to translate. I took two years of Japanese in college several years ago, so I'm pretty rusty. Haven't had much practice beyond watching fansubs. I visited Japan once for a week, but that was before I knew any of the language. I decided to start translating in order to finish the manga "3x3 Eyes" which is *awesome*. I'm looking forward to hearing advice and suggestions for improvement from the veterans here at MangaHelpers! If you see errors in my translations, please let me know about them! I want to improve my language skills.

I have a BS in microbiology, and did the coursework (uncredited) for a minor in Russian. I'm vegan, and my favorite Japanese weapon is the naginata. I love cats, and am active in my local trap-neuter-return organizations. My favorite color is grey.
