I'm not sure it's really my cup of tea. I've only watched it one time on purpose, the premiere of the latest season. And even then it was only out of curiosity. I'm sure it was better when Charlie Sheen was on the show, but man that episode was terrible. Welcome, Pat!Two and a Half Men is the best thing since sliced bread.

I think the greatest invention in pastry is puff pastry. What a genius, who ever invented it.
But I'm kinda busy right now with the whole moving in process, and first few days at work, so that is currently on hold. Plus the fact that I'm "revisiting" Vampire Knight.

Actually it doesn't need someone to be light and happy for making pastry, if anything for me the exact opposite is true, I always was a perfectionist down to the last gram and down to the last second and when I am annoyed with something or simply in a foul mood it's that much easier to brand a try as a failure and start again till it's perfect, after a few days precision naturally.hmm... now I don't really know myself.
Well, the science of Pastry is quite anal. 2 grams off on the baking soda and your cookies would taste different. Or too much butter and the crust breaks, etc. etc. They need to weigh all these things. And a different degree of patience is required >.< You need to have a different temperament or mood too, to be able to work in pastry. You need to be happy and lightand gayor something.
