I just have a query. Does CE (Closed Eyes) varies from person to person? Since Fuwa's CE limits his capabilities (since he considers giving it to himself as a handicap) unlike Fuji's CE which sharpens his abilities, so are they using different techniques/modes or CE just differs depending who uses it.

Yeah, it pretty much depends. Fuji gains benefits from closing his eyes, and Fuwa doesn't seem to, and it's doubtful that anyone besides Fuji would gain the same benefits from playing with closed eyes as he does. If you want to go with a very basic explanation, CE is actually listed as a special move in Fuji's profile and it isn't in Fuwa's.

Indeed, CE has been used by Ryoma and Fuji for beneficial purposes, but used by Nanjiroh & Fuwa for skill-limiting purposes

Closing your eyes = Shut off one sense to improve other senses;

Blindfolding yourself = Handicapping yourself to make fun of your opponent.

I don't think it's limiting for Nanjiroh either. http://www.mangareader.net/422-27264-9/prince-of-tennis/chapter-367.html . For Fuji and Ryoma they closed their eyes so they could "see through the essence of everything." For Fuwa he was just taunting.

Stats:

Speed - 5: It's astonishing how fast his negotiation speed is. However, the slowness of his service speed is just one of his issues.

Power - 4: He has a strong and reassuring abilitiy to break into a negotiation. However, with his body type, he is lacking overall in muscle strength.

Stamina - 4: He has an established reputation for being very persistent in negotiating in a match. However, even in the best situation, he lacks stamina for a whole set. We hope he will train this henceforth.

Mental - 7: He has the mental fortitude to never give up any kind of negotiation.　He understands better than anyone that Tennis is a mental sport.

Technique - 5: Backroom deals, internal discord, favorable conditions...his specialty negotiation technique would make even adults feel embarassed.

Kurobe Memo:
Sipping victory after selling out his comrade. His play style isn't fair, but it can be said that it is the hand necessary for his continued survival of the U-17 in the world. In addition to his outstanding natural negotiation powers, it seems like if he was to extend his universal sphere of influence, he would have no enemies far and wide.

Just read his stats, there's a lot of bs there...

He can't stand a set, his negotiations are named in every stat (instead of how good his body works or how skilled he is).

Then again, Tsuge's match report comments do say Tohno's Excecutions are weak and only scary in name...and the fact Kite couldn't survive them means his body is like glass XD

It may prove why he wanted to get rid of Tohno. He didn't care that Tohno injured his opponents, he wanted to "be loved" and this psycho's playstyle didn't help him at all.
