Yeah, Argentina's strength has actually been their defense this WC, not the offense, which is the complete opposite of what was expected.

I just want to see Brazil's reaction when Messi will hold the cup, but I doubt that will happen since nobody bother to help him at all except di Maria, and sometimes Higuain when he feels like it

What defense ? The only game where the defense looked good was against Belgium, and they weren't even that dangerous against Argentina due to tactical choices

Iran didn't want to play, Bosnia too, every team parked the bus against Argentina, put 4 players on Messi and he still managed to make them look like fools

I don't believe Van Gaal will be foolish enough to engage in a possession battle, having Robben and possibly RVP there, might as well wait for sweet counter attacks but I don't think it will be a massacre like this game to be honest, but there's a huge chance Argentina will lose the game, Van Gaal is a fucking fox

Brazil this game are horrible, with one pass, Germans bypass Brazilian's lines with ease, tactically speaking they're just bad, coupled with some foolish players (Dante, Luiz, Marcelo), no decent midfield too and slow ass striker and you get that

My only point is that you are not as solid as you think you are. You have a good defense, but not good enough to successfully stop a team like Germany for long.

I think Germany team is by far the strongest overall, and i do think they can replicate this vs most of the teams.

Well i might had been carried way ... but it's said to see only us and Brazil got humiliated so far by Germany. I think they could do the same vs the other teams they faced (except France)

Dude you could say "woulda-coulda" for ANY TEAM in this tourney. Form in one match doesn't translate to the next one. Saying this could happen or this would happen is a waste of time. Of course Germany has the quality to beat any team in this tournament, that doesn't mean it WILL HAPPEN and it's the same for converting EVERY chance. It just doesn't happen like this like ever...so it isn't a reason to say Germany could stomp any team like this, even lowly, weak USA... that's ridiculous.

Demichelis was decent too last game, looked sorta solid which was weird

Back then when we talked Fede Fernández was playing.

About that, Demichelis was pretty good in our last match and he was a leader in the defense, which is even better (still, I don't want to see him running against Robben like Ramos did, it would be even worse). Even if he had a good season with City I hate the fact that he's a turtle that walks in 2 legs.

I can't take such defense seriously. I will watch tomorrows's game, and based on that i will tell you if i was indeed wrong about them!

And if we end up with 0 goals against, you'll say ¨I will watch the finals and I'll tell you if I was wrong!¨
