Try Anime Ace or ACME Secret Agent. They're pretty similar to Meanwhile, and they're both free.

1: CC JimLee, in all caps and italics. Some settings such as the tracking has also been tweaked.

2 and 3: Felt, in all caps.

4: Wild Words, in all caps and italics.
