So I guess that the reason authors of big manga series like One Piece, Bleach etc have 2 editors is because of all the calculation that goes into the franchise earnings and to ensure they don't give or take extra money from either sides?

More or less. They have two editors because the series is way too big to be handled by one editor alone. One editor to take care of the manga itself, and another one to take care of the rest.

From the pictures it just looks like a guy observing a bullying victim take revenge on his bully.

Does the dialogue paint a different picture?

That's pretty much it. The guy who's getting bullied kills the ones that did the bullying and the MC after learning that (last few pages) decides to stop ignoring the situation around him and help the murderer.

Ahead spoilers on what can be found in the chapter [rough summary]

The text on that spread page with the corpses towards the end says that "the boy made a choice", that "I won't commit suicide because of my bullying but instead I'll kill the one that bully me".

All in all it seems pretty interesting, The first chapter feels pretty slow but really sets the story in place with the two main characters. The series might branch out into supernatural later on but it's not totally confirmed yet.
Something I found really interested in the first chapter is the use of the '2' with two main characters, the number comes back on important dates and months; is mentioned in all the cases of bullying told at the beginning where the victims are always either "two middle schoolers" etc and in my opinion it's also present in the title with '山羊座 - yagiza' with is most likely a reference to the Capricorn (late January to early February - February is the 2nd month of the year ans written ２月 in Japanese).

You mean by an eng publisher? I think viz said maybe.

Otherwise, I guess just ask [insert favorite fan translator]. They seem dying to get more experience.

After the current tournament would be a good ending point to the 2nd season IMO. It has yet to end though.

Well, with Toriko's Toc placements this year and the declining volume sales, it isn't THAT surprising.
It will be more interesting to see who will be promoted to the number 2 slot once Naruto ends.
