So are the previews that Hunt posted from Jump next or the WSJ run? What about the pic someone else posted earlier in the thread? Honestly speaking I like the art on that page more than the one that was just posted.

Hunt posted the one that's in the upcoming issue of Jump. The one that had the naked spider lady is from Jump Next. The pics posted in here, the color, and imgur preview are from the upcoming Jump issue.

The original oneshot in Next didn't have any color pages.

Okay, so that one B&W title page earlier was probably from Jump next, which means it has the art that I prefer. That sucks, but I'm still hoping to read the WSJ oneshot either way. Thanks for clearing that up.

I just read the preview. I can't make sense of it since it seems like they're four pages that were taken out of order, but I don't think that's another chick, but the same one as in the color page just transformed. I'm still interested in it, but I guess I'll be waiting till I can get my hands on it to read it properly.

The pages aren't taken out of order. The one-shot just has lightning fast pacing. The girl who appeared on the 4th page could be the girl on the cover or it's a new character. She's the one who threw the collar around his neck.

Ah. If those are in order then that's...weird since on one page he's obviously at school talking to a friend, and in another he's on the street with Batsu the demon girl thing. I guess the pacing could just be that fast, but man.

Actually you might be right, I just assumed he was eating on the roof when the girl emerged from the ground (roof) and head butted his crouch. But that scene takes place on a street. Hmmm, my bad, those images do seem out of order.

Kung-Fu Master one-shot is by Naba Fusai, the same guy that did the shogi one-shot a couple of years ago, i guess he had to adjust his subject now that Mononofu is a thing

anyway, it look interesting, i hope it's just as good as Akage no Achou one-shot, that one was really cool

I remember enjoying Akage no Achou. He uses his rough line art to his advantage to portray dynamism, perspective, and emotive characters.

So what are the exact chances that some Jump+ manga will succeed? I'm really enjoying "The Dictator 'Zeke'" and ”Ultramarine Magumeru."

If you like Hunter x Hunter, then support "Ultramarine Magumeru" because that's the closest thing to HxH at the moment, in my opinion.

OriginL series on Jump+ seem to have a hard time passing the four volume threshold.

i said once before, it's very hard for any jump plus titles to find success because it's not being promoted & not a lot of people know it exist

that's why only spinoffs, sequels and manga by famous authors like Amano can succeed there, because they don't need advertising, people know them

Whelp, I wish the best for the authors of those 2 series I previously mentioned and I'll do my best to support them!

Also, the fact that Yoichi Amano still hasn't found success as a mangaka is a crime in itself. I doubt Ananomujina is going to last much longer. Why can't this man be successful? His art is so good!

Black Clover would like to have a word with you. (I'm going to regret saying this, I know it.)

I enjoy Black Clover, but the beginning was lackluster.

Its a crime that Nishi Yoshiyuki can't catch a break, I like Muhyo and Roji its the only manga of his that got past three volumes.

Yep, I,love his art style. He really pushed the pace with Hachiand I feel like I'm the only one who enjoyed his Bunny oneshot.

I feel like he would be more successful if he wasn't still trying to act like his series is written by a LN author. Seriously, cut down on the text.
Agreed it probably won't last much longer now that they're doing the whole flashback arc thing, though.
