It's not depend on it, Sesuji wo pin started on rank 9 but only sold 24K, but yeah we can still see how much the series will sold by seeing what series which rank above it, and doesn't this stock issue stuff already happened since BC and Sesuji wo pin's debut sells, i remembered someone said that these both series also sold out on Amazon back then.
