the quality in this board really went downhill...
Sesuji wo Pin! was serialized for ~1,5 years (if it gets canceled)
how long withstand your "millstone"-mangas (Stealth Symphony, Tokyo Wonder Boys, Hi-Fi Cluster, Gakkyuu Houtei & Best Blue (maybe even Buddy Strike))

KnB's art was horrible when it started out.

He's baiting, don't take seriously his "opinion", no one here will say YOKO art was bad(isn't the best, but only reading his previous work you know that isn't bad).

Honestly, the past few weeks have really shook up by belief that the majority of the lineup was safe.
We could easily see Toriko, Takuan, Samon, Gintama, Kimetsu, Red Sprite, Love Rush, World Trigger, Saiki and Straighten Up all be over by the end of next year.

2017 is going to be a fascinating year for Jump. The only truly safe series right now are One Piece, My Hero Academia, Haikyuu, Black Clover, Ghost Tits, Isobe, and possibly The Promised Neverland (although I think the pacing is going to need to speed up, if they don't get out of the orphanage by the end of the first volume I could see the rankings collapse (assuming when it begins ranking it will rank very well).

Editorial department should invite Takayama back to the main magazine.

Like, yesterday.

I agree so much.
iShoujo is so good.
I'd really love to see his artstyle put to use in a battle manga.

I don't know about that, I'd think his gentle art would clash a little with a battle manga look resulting in something dull like World Trigger. Romance and slice of life genre suit him more. But it would be interesting to see him step out of his comfort zone, I suppose. Try adventure, or mystery, maybe.

Although I like WT because Ashihara make a great strategy battles and world building, I agree his art don't click most of times.

Maybe he's very comfortable in I shojo and don't want right now to go Jump.

Iunno, I thought he was pretty good at drawing motion in iShoujo.
Much better than Ashihara at least.

I see no reason to think Promised Neverland is safe.

If it continues to be as repetitive as the last chapter, well I think it will go.

Red sprite seems to most safe, safe yet daring story and very emotional.

Yep. I think Love rush has more chance to survive.
Still, Neverland is the best of this round

I see no reason to think Promised Neverland is safe.
It's reception on Japanese web media and the fact that Viz picked up so quickly as a permanent edition to their mag would say otherwise.

While I really would like it to not be canceled, Viz picking it up is honestly a reason to be worried at this point given their track record.
