Nothing on if they'll pick up Ore Golazo, usually they mention both jump starts if there's two or more in a row so it's possible they're skipping it. I'm not surprised though.
Not necessarily, last round they announced they're doing Amalgam first then announced Spring Weapon the following week

They used the term "another round" so Ore Gonzalo will probably be a Jump Start.

Can we really say BC is unpopular though?! Cause the sales and ranking reflect that its performing quite decently.
I think Black Clover's sales are closer to being bad than decent.
People here like to pretend that Black Clover is an unpopular failure for some reason.

The salt when it overtakes Academia will be amazing.
LOL Keep dreaming.

Predictions on Growth of New Series (2014-2016)

Hinomaru Zumou: If it gets an adaptation that isn't rushed, and well-animated, could see this growing to 100-150 or even 200k.
My Hero Academia: If the 2nd season boosts it more, 500-600 or even 700k, although that's really pushing it.
Black Clover: Well-animated and not rushed with good pacing, 400-500k. It could grow more though, if the fujoshi audience supports it a bit.
Sesuji wo Pin! - Well-animated + not rushed, 200-300k and I think Bones or KyoAni or another studio that does SOL well could boost it a lot. Since the recent tournament arc hurt it a lot in rankings, it's finally rising again, which gives me hope for the series to keep surviving.
Samon the Summoner - Directed by Fujita w/well-known seiyuu, around as much as Gintama. Fujoshi audience could help this get a big boost.
Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-san - If its sales keep increasing at this rate, and the future has good animation/no rushed pacing or a well-known studio behind it with well-known seiyuu, easily could boost to TLRD levels of success, possibly up to Nisekoi levels.
Kimetsu no Yaiba - Good pacing / animation and fujoshi audience could boost it up to World Trigger levels of success (250-300k)
Neverland - If pacing is done well, could bring it up to 400k or even more. That is, if the series keeps surviving the Jump environment.

If this 2nd season of MHA does not boost it anymore, then I can't see it rising in sales much more unless something unexpected happens.
Rushed adaptations tend to fail in Japan, as seen with S2 of Shokugeki and other anime with fast pacing.

I feel like predicting sales are pointless because they tend to be unexpected and random at times

And Nanatsu no Taizai and Tokyo Ghoul right?

You know, I was one of those people who thought Dance Manga was going to crash and burn when it struggled several months ago.

But seeing it now and knowing that Toriko is dead, I think there's a chance for it to last for a season or two in Jump.

I never said it was a failure, though? I just said it's unpopular in comparison to MHA. Don't put words into others mouth to try to prove a point.

If you ask anyone about Black Clover, they'll usually say one of two thing: "What's that?" or "Is that the generic Naruto rip off?" People actually recognize Hero Academia.

And Nanatsu no Taizai and Tokyo Ghoul right?
Well, there are exceptions of course. Obviously not everything with fast/rushed pacing is going to do bad, but there was probably something about those adaptations that made them successful.

I probably was a bit vague in talking about that though.

Nanatsu on average sold slightly above 5k which is just average. The first season of Tokyo Ghoul on average sold 3k and the second did even worse with 2k. Both of these shows are more so known for increasing the sales of the source of material by a substantial amount not so much due to the success of their respective anime.

Comparing a manga with an anime and 115 chps to something only at 80's chapters and no anime is odd to define what is popular/unpopular.

bnha was more popular the bc even before its anime, also bc have almost 90 chapters out at the moment

I know you're baiting by purposely posting wrong info, but there are people new here so they don't know you so I took your bait

30 chapters + anime makes a world of a difference in popularity, its like a much larger advertisement to a much larger audience for over 3 months

Lol fine then compare the popularity of each series at a certain point of chapter amount. Let's say 50 chapters. BnH was still vastly more popular. Can we stop these BnH vs Black Clover petty arguments?

The series's reputation will never be respectfully positive even if it became one of the biggest Jump titles of all time it will still get shit for it's lack of originality. The only way it could fully redeem itself is by significantly surpassing those it copied and I am not talking about numbers, but that will never happen since Yuki Tabata is a ..... :yoshi

You will need Jesus to direct that anime if you want it to overtake My Hero Academia.
Comparing a manga with an anime and 115 chps to something only at 50's chapters and no anime is odd to define what is popular/unpopular.
MHA 1-7 had 3,700,000 copies in print while Clover 1-7 had 1,600,000.
2,100,000 difference and that was before MHA's anime.

I know you're baiting by purposely posting wrong info, but there are people new here so they don't know you so I took your bait
Noticed that the first time I saw his name, the baiting was sort of funny at first but it got old real quick.

The manga landscape of the magazine was very different at chp 50 of both series which makes using a chapter baseline an odd measure. Popularity of other series, including HeroAca, could be a factor that affects BLack Clover popularity.
