Lol just no.Stealth Symphony says hi.
Lol I had my laugh for the dayStealth Symphony says hi.
Bleach handled it's early cancelation pretty wellSpeaking of Stealth Symphony, Love Rush can pretty safely join it and Gakkyuu Hotei in that prestigious category of "Jump series that handled their early cancellation pretty well".
Anyone remember any others? Those are the only three I can think of.
You're going to trigger them.Bleach handled it's early cancelation pretty well

If SWOT didn't exist Steath Symphany would be the worst thing Jump ever published....well there's still E-Robot and Metallica Metalluca. Was Stealth Symphany bad or good.
Cause I have a friend that claims that Steath Symphany was the best series in Jump, and showed much more promise than MHA and Neverland, but Jump axed it too soon.
But it looks eeeeeh to me
The twist would have been good if it was paced correctly. Obviously it's because it was cancelled, but it just came out of nowhere and left a very bitter taste in my mouth.Stealth Symphony had one of the best twists in jump and best fantasy sci fi setting. Narita's literary mastery shone in the manga.
I loved the entirety of the East Blue saga, it has been years but I got hooked the day Luffy gave it to Alvida. Syrup Village was probably the weakest part for me at the start but other than that is was very solid.I love One Piece, but
Looking back at chapter 1-10, what's special about it?
Chapter 1 is a prologue, something not many mangaka've done. But the villains in the first 10 chapters are not a challenge for Luffy and their designs are silly (Alvida, Morgan, and Buggy)
Is that what hook people into it? For me, One piece was pretty meh until Arlong park and the start of Grand line. Grand line was chapter 100, which is close to 2 years old series. Not many battle shounen will get that treatment.
In my opinion, the first 10 chapters of Naruto was better with the introduction of Zabuza (chapter 10), and the concept of Ninja.
I did not read One piece until 3-4 years ago so I'm just curious what the fans think about it.
It's not-bad enough that I haven't dropped it yet, but I'm only following three series in Jump right now so if Demon's Plan is better I might stop caring about it to save time. Next week's chapter should be the first one with MC actually fighting so that'll probably make or break it.Has anyone who can read Japanese been skimming Amalgam? how is it right now?

Helps that it's also way, way easier to read than the other two series (WT and Neverland).
From the first 3 chapters I read I thought it was pretty similar to Tokyo Ghoul. Has t broke away from that mold?Aside from chapter 1 I thought it was decent for the most part. Chapter 1 was great. It took off during Baratie imo
