bu...but I'm serious

Ewww Gallon. Don't be that hard.

I hope you're becoming a fine doctor?
The first semester is almost over, so yeah, I'm basically a doctor now.I hope you're becoming a fine doctor?
You know what I meant. The first semester is almost over, so yeah, I'm basically a doctor now.
But really, it's gonna take quite some time. It's pretty engaging and challenging, but it's okay. It's gonna take a good 10 years until I get my PhD though, so that's quite a journey.

Oh LOL, I didn't actually know you meant that. You know what I meant.
Sure it isn't easy and shouldn't be. But it is good to hear that you can keep up.
I need you as my private doctor.![]()

Don't you dare...Oh LOL, I didn't actually know you meant that.

Yeah, I actually figured that's your opinion of Nanatsu, you don't seem like one of those "OMG ITS AMAZING BEST STORY EVER, JUST BC I LIKE IT!" type of fansHmm... well, there's Nanatsu... and then there's Taizai... uhm...
No, to be honest, I don't think Taizai is like really awesome or something. I just like the story because of legendary creatures and the fact that the main protagonist is one of them. It developed well to some point, but it certainly has its flaws.
Okay, actually, I guess One Piece (even though I skipped like 400 chapters, so I don't know what the actual crap is going on with some characters, but I read the new chapters everytime), Boku no Hero Academia, ReLife (oh crap, haven't read this one in a while. Probably should), and The Promised Neverland. I think that's about it for the manga I follow. I don't know which one is my favourite, really.
As for anime, Steins; Gate and Code Geass are probably near the top. Monster was awesome but I didn't continue it, for some reason.
Then there's Re: Zero, Parasyte, Bungou Stray Dogs (started liking the development of season 2 recently), and a few others. Dunno, I'm likely forgetting A LOT.
What about yours?![]()
Promised Neverland is really good so far, in my eyes, probably the best new WSJ series in years (just going by the first 15-20 chapters range here, obv).

The Promised Neverland is certainly one of the greatest new ones I've seen, yeah. Let's hope it doesn't disappoint.Yeah, I actually figured that's your opinion of Nanatsu, you don't seem like one of those "OMG ITS AMAZING BEST STORY EVER, JUST BC I LIKE IT!" type of fans
lol missing 400 chapters but reading OP? You're one hell of a guyPromised Neverland is really good so far, in my eyes, probably the best new WSJ series in years (just going by the first 15-20 chapters range here, obv).
A CG fan huh? I actually enjoyed it quite a lot too, not sure what to make of the announced sequel yet though...
Sounds like a good list, can't judge Bungou bc I dropped it after a few eps though xD Monster is pretty good, yep
For anime I guess I will just C&P from another post I made like a week ago
"I don't think there's one anime I hold in the highest regard, there are multiple favourites for a bunch of different reasons. If I had to speak objectively, I guess Steins;Gate and Hunter x Hunter, as both actually improved the source material for the most part and have a great story and characters overall. FMA:B was great too, though it did profit from very strong source material already. If we're talking about romancy stuff, that would be Yahari Season 2 and Toradora, Kokoro Connect was very interesting too. The Fate franchise is my biased favourite, though only the new anime and Fate Zero count, bc the original anime by DEEN is shit and does not exist~
If we're talking about life lessons and a strong philosophic approach then nothing beats Mushishi.
AnoHana is actually the anime that made me cry the most, though it's a hit or miss for most people I feel.
Nothing does comedy quite as well as the Gintama franchise, and it's supported by strong drama arcs.
The Monogatari franchise is very unique and just has something for everyone.
Hellsing Ultimate and Kill La Kill are great action flicks with a lot of insanity or just being nicely over the top/ridiculous.
Paprika and Okami Kodomo probably are my favourite anime movies."
As for manga I enjoy the most: Berserk, Hunter x Hunter, Hero Academia, Gintama, Vinland Saga, Mahoutsukai no Yome, and Tokyo Ghoul I guess. There are a few more probably, but they're the most "almost everyone will like them" type of series![]()
I think there's a good chance it won't, let's hope and see.The Promised Neverland is certainly one of the greatest new ones I've seen, yeah. Let's hope it doesn't disappoint.
The ending for CG was like... amazing, so I don't know what to make of this new sequel, either. Oh well, time will tell.
Yeah, quite a few anime and manga I haven't watched/read as far as your list is concerned, haha. I've heard that quite a few of those are really, really good, though. Might give them a try at some point.
P.S. I can see why one would drop Bungou. The start of the second season was pretty good, imo, and so is the music, whereas the first season was a bit... eh. I only started liking it recently.

I actually have! It's one of the series I forgot to mention. It was really awesome. What about Fate Stay Night UBW, though? Is it good?I think there's a good chance it won't, let's hope and see.
Yeah the ending was great, so bringing him back kind of ruins the whole impact. Dunno, I guess I will have to watch it first to see what they have in mind, but in general I prefer it if dead people stay dead.
Yeah, you really should. I especially recommend Fate/Zero and Hunter x Hunter, both should be right up your alley I believe and they're universally beloved anyway
Well the first few episodes were pretty meh. I heard that the second season is quite good so far, but I won't bother with a lackluster first season just for that. I mean the amount of anime they release each quarter is insane already, you really have to choose what you want to watch, if you have somewhat of a life besides anime/manga at least lol.
Not sure if you've seen Fate/Zero or not, but it's a really cool trailer nevertheless:--- Double Post Merged, , Original Post Date: ---
Yeah I almost thought you had, I've barely met any person who's not seen that show already xD UBW is good too, though as a standalone it's not as great as Fate/Zero is. I mean I'm a huge Fate fanboy, I've read the Visual Novel UBW is based on, but in the Visual Novel it's three routes (Fate/UBW/Heavens Feel), so it's the package and especially Heavens Feel that's better than Zero in my eyes, but most anime-only people will tell you that Zero is superior to UBW. It's still a strong anime with awesome animation, even if it has some flaws here and there. Again, you can watch this to get an ideaI actually have! It's one of the series I forgot to mention. It was really awesome. What about Fate Stay Night UBW, though? Is it good?
