So with English Jump dropping Ole Golazo, and no scan groups picking it up, I can no longer follow the series anymore. :(
Id wait another week. Considering next weeks issue is one of the special ones with Yugioh and Kenshin, they wouldn't have announced if they were going to pick up DP or OG this issue. If they don't announce it next week then its probably not gonna happen though.

I don't understand why MHA always receives so few votes in the polls of WSJ. The latest from Gintama, which happened earlier this year, had more than 25,000.

Yeah, the recent poll only had like 1,000 more votes than last year, despite the increase in readership.

AssClass also got few votes in its poll. And just like MHA the series was always at the top of the rankings.

I thought the anime was bad, because, you know, Toei. And fillers.

They wouldn't end this and substitute for Jump X? Now I'm confused...

It's amazing the number of irrelevant magazines shueisha is willing to "publish"... Look how jump has fallen, besides one piece, mha, haikyuu and the near-ending gintama, everything is just "bad"... In comparison, check how amazing young jump is, they have 7-8 series that fight all week to be better than the others (and I'm not talking about the toc): Tokyo Ghoul Re, Terra Formars, Kingdom, Himouto Umaru-chan, Uratarou, Minamoto-kun Monogatari, Golden Kamui, etc, etc.

Shonen Jump manga still sells more than Young Jump mangas.
And there isn't much Jump editors can do about that, they cannot publish themselves. The only thing they can do is choose the mangas that they think will make success among those they receive. I think it is more frustrating to them than to us see the magazine like that.
(You forgot Shokugeki no Soma and The Promised Neverland among the good)

I don't understand why MHA always receives so few votes in the polls of WSJ. The latest from Gintama, which happened earlier this year, had more than 25,000.
To participate in these polls you actually have to buy and issue of Jump and mail in a postcard with the ballot in the magazine thus limiting the amount of people willing to go through the hassle, of course you have the infamous "Y-san" from Nisekoi fandom who's obsession devotion towards his waifu Marika has made sure she landed in the top 5 of every poll even winning one due to the amount of postcard he'll send in, a solution to fix this might be going online though that sets a bunch of other problems entirely case in point the last Souma poll which was originally a "Which character would be placed in the Elite 10" poll and turned into a popularity poll shortly after. Another reason for the threshold is low because a portion of the fanbase don't participate in polls or care about that sort of thing to begin with hence why even One Piece with its 3 million per volume on average sales only managed to get 69,472 votes in its latest poll.

They should embrace the technology and do this online, like Shokugeki no Soma did once. How many votes that poll had?
If they are not willing to let the link between the poll and the magazine end, they can put a QR Code or unique number on the magazine to ensure that only people if a magazine can vote, or something... It is less of a hassle than send everything by mail.
