I think the reason why no one has ever found RAFTEL is because gol d roger used his conqueror's haki to make it hidden. And the only way for it to emerge is to have haki stronger than roger's. It's been hinted many times that the one who'll find RAFTEL has to have King's Haki. That moment when luffy accidentally used king's haki to stop marines from executing ace made WB surprised. He even asked his crew to save luffy who he believed in the beginning has no place in that war. My theory is that roger probably found out that he isn't the Destined one to overthrow/defeat the WG as those were written in the poneglyphs. He maybe then Used a lot of haki , which eventually made him sick, to protect/hide RAFTEL until the Destined/Chosen one appears(luffy). Also,I think the poneglyphs say that the Destined one has to be an offspring of both "D" parents,like Ace. Unfortunately Ace died. So my next theory is that luffy's mom is also from the D clan thus making him a candidate (chosen one). Remember during the war, WB told teach that he isn't the one roger's WAITING. So I'm assuming roger is somehow alive in RAFTEL(maybe because of his haki). And he also knows that roger is waiting for a "D". Also, Maybe the reason why roger set sail for two more years is to look for another D. Which is why he impregnated rouge before surrendering to the WG. That way his son(ace) could be the chosen one. So I'm positive that luffy's mom is also from the D clan.

Crazy theory, Caramel will turn out to be Shakky. Linlin wanted to marry of her first mate/BFF to Rayleigh so Rodger could form an alliance but Rodger tricked her and Rayleigh made of with Caramel/Shakky as well as the road poneglyph, that's why Linlin is so salty about Rodger tricking her

Guys, something just came in my mind... follow the hints:
-Elbaf country hates BM and vice versa.
-Big Mom wants the Elbaf power
-That information about the picture and Lillin's weakness.
-Big Mom's ability of giving her soul to things
-The Pudin's ability
-Big Mom's size, compared to her others sons. All her sons and daughters are a regular/big size, but not GIGANTIC size

Now, what if:
-The Caramel's picture is EXACTLY the same as Pudin. Luffy would make a *hmm???* face in the LAST FRAME OF THE LAST PAGE *fckng Oda*
-The original Big Mom is actually that Caramel
-BM kidnapped Elbaf's princess (Lilnlin's body) and put her soul on her, or even erasing her memory *maybe a mix of the 2 abilities, or a different branch of Soul Soul fruit, similar to Ino in Naruto*. This would explain about the hate of Elbaf over BM.
-Big Mom's true body is too weak to engage real fight's, that's why she needs a dummy strong body. BM's true body lays INSIDE Linlin's stomach.

If this is true somehow, they cannot kill Linlin, because she's an innocent person and it won't finish with a murderer of one of the most powerful person of the OP universe in a blink of an eye. If she would die, what's the point of the road poneglyph stealing?

-Bege would be killed
-SH's would run away with ceaser again haha
-I don't see Jimbe getting killed, but it's possible
-Sanji's dad will die too.

What if:

Dragon started the revolution because he had an affair with one of celestial dragon's daughter or a high noble person and she was executed for having a relationship with a "dirty" D. person?
Luffy's is kinda similar to joker, but in a good way. It would be a huge hype for him and for the history. :P
Oda has a VERY GOOD AND HUGE reason to not reveal his mother until now. Probably in the next arc's like Wanno or near to the end.

I could be wrong about Marco, he is strong enough to battle one on one with any Kaido's disaster.
But because I really want Robin will have a chance to fight strong one, to really show off her full power. Her animal symbol is crane, a type of bird.

From the fight between Luffy & Cracker, even Luffy needed Nami's aid so he could defeat him. so how could Jinbe/Zoro/Sanji able to fight one-on-one?

We don't know that he is a fishman, but unlikely that he is, otherwise we would've seen something from his appearance or Oda would've mentioned it in his infobox.

The biggest theory here would be how is Jack able to remain conscious for so long underwater? Having been knocked to sea the previous day...
