How come natsu's half transformation is the opposite of what end act thinks and looks like in the manga?

The piece of cloth/band that Acnologia picked up is a piece of clothing of Sonya's when she was attacked by the dragons. That piece of cloth then became the Dragon Cry, as it absorbed the anger, hate and power of the dragons that were defeated by Acnologia.

It took on the shape of a staff afterwards, and once the power of the dragon cry was used up, it returned to its original form, the band.

2) What kind of magic is used Animus and three stars? What happened to them?

Animus in his human form was able to use some psychic-type magic. He was able to choke people without touching them, just by hang gestures. Once he turned into a dragon he literally just used roars and slaps.

As for the three stars:
Swan: Beautiful-leg magic? Seriously, all she ever talked about was her own legs. She was a close combat kicking type fighter.
Doll: As his name suggests, he used dolls. Similar to Bickslow of the Raijin-shu, he has two dolls and they both use fire type magic.
Gapri: Speed magic. He has some enchanted surfboard that flies in the air, which is why he is so fast. Wendy and Carla figure that out and separate him from the board, and beat him.

The three stars all lose, Swan to Erza's grand chariot, Doll to Gray's DeS and Gapri to Wendy and Carla.

3) What does the happy try to catch in this scene and who is with the sword:

He tries to catch the piece of cloth, which was the original form of the Dragon Cry.
That scene with the boy is not in the movie. Keep in mind the book given out at the theater was the original draft of the film, so not everything is included.
But it seems that he wanted to kill Zash for revenge. He probably had her sister in his prison, but they get reunited later on.

4)Where did the dragons come from?
What do you mean dragons? There's only one...

5)What fights there were. Who fought with whom. Still something interesting was in film.

There is no confirmation that the half transformation was END the story is about dragons so most likely it's dragonizing not demonzing or maybe both. END flames are dark which is different to his flames in the movie

Yeah and E.n.d during Alvarez arc in the manga he looked like himself exept with dark flames surrounding his body and could only think about killing zeref and atlas and flame said that ends true identity is Natsu himself and thank you

Wait when did Atlas Flame say END is Natsu?He probably didn't even know Natsu is END.He only said "END the strongest and vilest Demon born from The Books of Zeref.400 Years ago Igneel failed to destroy him".

I honestly think its drgonufication but alot of people are saying its end so I'm trying to find out for sure because when Natsu went end he looked the same just with mean eyes dark violent flames surrounding his body that scorch everything they touch and he only thought about killing zeref and this half dragon from Is nothing like that not personality nor in appearance

Animus referred to Natsu (Half-transformed state) as END.
To me, it makes more sense than Natsu becoming Acnologia v2.

Animus said this to Natsu in the middle of their battle: 「全てを破壊するもの、END！」which translates to "The one who destroys everything, END."
