1 minute of those 2 was me googling the hand icon (and finding a suitably sized/clean image)
30 seconds to screen grab, then trim out your name
last 30 to move hand layer, new layer from visible (then hide new layer), move hand layer, new layer from visible (then hide new layer), etc.
...

You know how to make gifs, no need to explain any further...

There are programs to record gifs from your screen, the one I have at home allows cursor viability (if desired)...

But at work, more effort is required
