I miss Masuda Eiji when is he coming back?

Soonish, I would imagine. The new head editor was Masuda Eiji editor during Jitsu wa Watashi wa also the new head editor is actively bringing back previous successful authors to the magazine, so it would be safe to assume Masuda Eiji will be showing up relatively soon. I personally don't favour this approach of stacking veterans but its a short term approach can bring stability. On the other hand, they have found good success with some newbies recently and some veterans are on their way out : Satou Tadahiro and Shinji Mizushima. Samejima, Saigo no Juugonichi is at day 11 out of 15 and it's the last series of the bachi bachi series and Dokaben Dream Tournament is in the last match. Seeing Hideyuki Yonehara without an active series makes me feel that maybe he is a appearing again in WSC.

Otae-san wa Kyou mo Tabetai volume 1 is set for sale on December. No news for the others which might be bad news for Jinba. Don't expect any of the three to survive as of now but turn arounds can happen. In the recent one Himawari is likely to be a success and GREAT OLD is still up in the air.

[Aipom626]

Glad to see Rokudou, Beastars, Mairimashita, and Atsumare all seem to be doing well in this magazine. Anything else similar in this magazine that I should be reading?

[Ihore]

That depends a lot on your taste and also to an extent if you can read raws.

Kyuuketsuki Sugu Shinu is a good gag manga. Himawari is quite new but it has good chances of being scanlated in the near future and it's good so far.
That's all atm maybe GREAT OLD in the future.

[Aipom626]

Kyuuketsuki Sugu Shinu is a good gag manga

Oh yeah, I forgot about this one. I remember reading a chapter of it sometime last month and thinking it was pretty funny. I was surprised to learn that it has over 100 chapters though since no one had been Editing it and it's not even on MAL.

[Aipom626]

Rokudou has been absolutely amazing through this arc. The pacing has been excellent, and there has been character development happening left and right. This is probably one of my most hyped series out of all the currently releasing ones I read. Beastars and Mairimashita also seem to be setting up some pretty interesting arcs, which I am really looking forward to.

I'm not sure what I like so much about Atsumare, but reading those chapters always make me smile. The character interactions are charming in a simplistic way, which I enjoy. I also hope that more of Kyuuketsuki gets scanlated to English since I found the 1 chapter to be hilarious, and the untranslated chapters look funny too.

I'm interested to learn more about Rororro based on the summary. Haven't found any raws, but the premise and artwork seem like it will be good for some cute laughs.

Rokudou captivating as always. I really like how the MC acknowledges that he can't just rely on his magic power to improve everyone's lives, but that he himself needs to strengthen as well. I wonder if he will be able to get through to the leader of the group, or if he'll just run off after this arc ends.

Great news for Beastars! I'm not usually a fan of that type of gritty art style, but I think it really works well in this case.

[cody]

OMG yes I'm so happy for Beastars, it's such an unexpectedly great manga! I actually bought volume 1 to help the series out.
