Fair point, but it really is like the spiritual sequel of Slam Dunk so it' hard to say really that either is better. It feels like it's the sequel Inoue wanted for Slam Dunk, but was considered too heavy to use that valuable family friendly IP.

Manga is the definite Slam Dunk experience. The anime has it' moments but didn't really survive the test of time that well. And Inoues realistic and hyper detailed style isn't the most animation friendly. Especially with early 90s straight for TV budget.

I didn't read much of Slam Dunk's manga... but I can see why some would say it's superior to the anime counterpart. I still like the anime for sure, but I'll be checking out the manga if I have the chance.

@Farfalla Just realized that Akiko Shikata (the links to a few of her songs including the Umineko OP I once provided you weeks ago, if you can remember it that is xddd) did the second ED for Akatsuki no Yona. No wonder why I liked that ED a lot lol. Damn she is great as usual.

Btw, Magu, you might wanna check http://gendou.com/ for DLing anime songs. It's an old fashioned website but it has a lot of content for opening and ending songs with direct links (their whole library is just about OPs and EDs). Easy to search per author/performers or series.

Didn't know it still existed. Stopped visiting once they deleted a lot of licensed stuff and/or started to miss certain series/OP/EDs
