I guess Roguelike increases its chances of leaving JPN.

Furyu had problems because of their investments on mobile (with pretty much everything from them bombing), not on console. It's why they got out of it and will continue to publish and develop console games.

Yea its 15 million for the series as a whole meaning its a little less than an average of 500k per volume as the 15 mil includes the spinoff and novels (?) as well.

The author of My Hero Academia would like the series to end up with about 30 volumes. Even if he admits that he recently thought about how many chapters/episodes there were left to conclude the story and that finally, doing everything in 30 volumes would be impossible.
