Imo, great croquetes beat great coxinhas, but in here it's super hard to find someone that can prepare delicious croquetes :emocat

they end up either oily or dry or flavorless, most of the time. I miss the ones my grandma used to prepare. Was always anticipating them whenever I'd visit my hometown xD
