Looking at it again, I'm pretty sure the only rule about day roles is the one about going all "Duel Player X" or "Daykill Player Y" when you aren't a Cowboy or a DTV. Maybe I'm too tired to read properly, but I don't see anything about claiming day roles being forbidden at all, whether you're legit or not. It is specified for four of them - Martyr, Prosecutor, Noble and Politician - but Cowboy and DTV don't have that bit.

So the court accepts @Farfalla's plea and will revoke the penalty vote.

Okay, this is fun so guys, as you could see Taku was the mafia apprentice. I was apprentice.

Something about this wording bothers me. The “remember, Taku was the Mafia Apprentice” thing. Even if you are an Apprentice, what says you aren’t Mafia Apprentice for the other Mafia?

I haven’t been in games (from what I can remember) where Apprentices actually get a new role, but does the one they learned from know she does? Like in this case, can James confirm somehow?

Anyway for now, I’m not considering Gry, Pom or James as confirmed. Only Farf, Lambu and Daws.

@Seraph I can see why you think people will be all on you today. Reading the last like ten pages in one go, your effort to save Takuan was almost comedically touching.

Also, like Farf I’m not liking the insta-votes. This phase seems almost constructed for Townies to really weed out who among them are the most valuable. Sure, Daws is confirmed, but what if we end up not saving an unconfirmed Detective because people are too quick to save a Vanilla Townie?

I’ll try to keep up on the phone while at work. This Day Phase is too damn interesting to miss out on.

Right now I’m very wary of you, for good reasons related to my question. I wasn’t around last phase but reading through it the way you acted when you revealed was strange. First day I had a weird hunch you were playing similarly to when we were Mafia together, then decided to drop it because you started to act a bit differently. Didn’t wanna accuse someone on a hunch. After last Day I have a more substantial reason to be suspicious though.

Looks like common votes so far. They can even be moved once or locked. So I guess that if someone does, the votes on them "return".

Wonder if Gry, Bia and James are one team, I also don't like this... Even if this sounds far-fetched. Not so happy with her reason to pick James, quiet people sometimes just didn't figure out what to claim, or have a risky role, like Burden. But I don't know how James play to question her reference. And I've seen Gry with this innocent "imposition" before. But I think he was both things, once a frustrated townie, once a confident TP. And well, about the Mason thing, he answered alrdy, he can say it was Magic if they don't confirm it, which is convenient. There should be one Mason in game at least, tho, Shinobi's first recruitment. Hearing that person's take on this will help me feel better, if he/she confirms Gry. Unless Gry knows Shinobi was also blocked by his team on N1 for wtv reason and is counting on no one showing up... Worth noting how he asked everyone to reveal roles and specials but the 3 of them got to stay hidden.

In any case, for now, this seems less important/urgent than others like getting answers from @Tux and checking this Orgz vs Cres thing. I also don't believe there are 2 prostitutes in the game at all. @Organizized what were your targets so far?

Night 1 - Blocked Tux. Had no solid suspects so I decided to go for a weak/shady “passive, boring” claim. If he was a passive Town role, no harm done; if he was Mafia with a vague hint, all the better.
Used Guard Form because I prioritized surviving over blocking someone I wasn’t sure about.

Night 2 - Blocked Crescent, for obvious reasons. Used Speed Form in case she’s an Escort trying to pass for Prostitute and I wanted to bypass her priority if possible.

Oh, something I'm holding against Cres is: she was here since the start of the phase, she also questioned the insane apprentice thing, and then she not only voted Bia saying she didn't care about Bia being mafia, but she also doesn't care about what townie role Bia could have, and locked the vote. Then she did a "I'll vote for you, Farfalla - no I won't oooopsie" and locked her second vote on a Vanilla, it's as if she doesn't care about what happens to those votes at all. I just started the phase asking people to hold the votes and plan later, she was here, unlike Gry she doesn't have a "I'll be on a plane later" excuse. Idc if it looks self-centered, but meanwhile a townie that can kill had -1 votes (up to that point) left on her luck with the rest of the players opinions - including 2 mafia teams and many absent/barely active players. Poncio Pilatos-chan to say the minimum >.> But overall, it shows that along with her night picks she seems to have 0 concerns about the game outcomes. For someone so active and so willing to check on people, that doesn't make sense unless she's only casting confusion...

Another thing that plays against Wyis is that Nietz was killed. Considering her diva behavior, I doubt she used her action, even the common one. So I guess someone was afraid she could kill Wyis indeed.
Or maybe Grace could have pitied her. Panda killed me once when I gave up. Someone could have wanted to frame the Freeman and there are redirects as well, but her death considering she was going to be hostkilled with her absence called my attention. Still gonna wait for Wyis to eventually show up and talk, but so far I'll shoot him.

I see. I guess that could be a matter of priority in the end. Then again, Gry claims to have been recruited and he wouldn't know they tried to recruit him as a Mafia. Unless he was somehow sure there wasn't another Mason around. Now, if Gry was an escort that blocked shinobi in night one, he could possibly know, but I don't see much of a reason for that night action.

Another question that is bugging me is who on earth would try to use Magic form to swap places with Seraph, Panda or Tux, because neither Prostitute claim seems to be targeting your bar mates. That's the reason I couldn't say anything immediately, since I don't know what to make of this.

Tux literally threw this game into a chaos by one role claim and one entirely random vote, and it's not resolved yet.

If Orgz is telling the truth, Orgz is claiming to have used Speed form. In this case, if he's telling the truth, he actually blocked Jinx from blocking desin, who is dead and out of the picture as far as information feed goes. You are claiming Seraph, Panda or Tux got blocked. That means, in this scenario, Seraph, Panda, Tux or Jinx used Magic form. If I had to put my money on one, I'd have guessed Seraph magic forming to protect Tux, a freeman claim.

If Orgz is lying, Jinx blocked desin. Again, either the trio above or desin had to use the Magic form.
Orgz is claiming to have used Speed form. In this case, if he's telling the truth, he actually blocked Jinx from blocking desin, who is dead and out of the picture as far as information feed goes. You are claiming Seraph, Panda or Tux got blocked. That means, in this scenario, Seraph, Panda, Tux or Jinx used Magic form. For this bunch, I have no clearcut prediction, actually.
