Hard to say. It does seem to be rushing (we already seem to be at the climax of the blue arc which had multiple battles that would normally be 5+ chapters each crammed into 5 chapters. I don't want to say yes as it seemed like it was going to end after the Central arc but has continued on.

The climax is probably going to be Erina vs Souma tbh.
Unlike the central arc(or some other axed/finished series more popular than soma), it doesn't have much left(This arc were foreshadowed in the last arcs).

Soma definitely seems to be rushing but I'm wondering if the chef taking pregnancy leave is maybe playing a part in it too. They probably don't want to spend too long on the details of cooking and tasting each dish when they're doing random weird things with magic knives without a chef saying if it's actually possible.

At least here on this site, ive not seen anyone mention it in any real manner beyond expressing a passing thought or two about potential explanations for how Naruto is so high or that chainsawman has western support since it surpassed ones that debuted along with it, beyond saying that, Ive not seen anyone use it to say [insert series] is better than [insert series]

Total lifetime hit count isnt necessarily the best indicator for anything as well...

eh, views in manga plus pales in comparison to what the series in jump+ are doing daily.(hundred of thousands per chapter for the popular ones)

they are only ever useful for series that are exclusive to the platform (well, at least before they are ripped) as to see the general reception.

not the rankings since they are relative, but the actual views, (and comments, although most of the people that even bothered to comment already had something positive to say)


views are good for PR buzz (not really worth much on mangaplus though, since they are very low)

anyway, receptions from the west hardly matter for the fate of the serialization in the grand scheme of things

I dont know, arranging or having someway to sort by popularity is a good way for people who are just interested in picking up something to read in their spare time to decide when they are browsing manga plus. Rating/ranking isnt wrong when used for reasons other than pushing ones views on "best/better/worst/worster"

Toei really made me into a pretty big fan of theres after how they handled WCI arc. I heard Wano will be of similar quality if not better than WCI as a adaptation. Reverie arc visual looks pretty weak tho ngl but this movie visual is nice.

I dont even know where to begin on how you ranked those series but Kimetsu on the same tier as HxH? Huge fan of Kimetsu but it doesn't come anywhere close to HxH's storytelling.

I'm already seeing people praise Kimetsu as the best thing sliced bread. The ufotable effect is strong.
