I was think it would have been a good plot if they had made romeo a dragon-slayer (2nd gen.) after the tenrou island arc during 7 year time skip since he wanted to become like natsu and he is also a fire mage.
or it would be nice if he had got a dragon lacrima during one year time skip and now fight acnologia along with 7 other dragon slayers.
it not because i like romeo or anything like that but because of god Serena since he had 8 dragon lacrima's (power = 8 dragon slayers) as we saw in last chapter 470 and yet he got defeated by acno so easily. so it would be very hard to defeat him with only 7 ds so it would be if they add one more with them . and then we can also ship Romeo with Wendy.
