Takehiko Inoue...
Pretty excited to hear my boy Sakurai. Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan: The Run & At A Confessional OVA visual
Does it have to be Jump, specifically?Heh, this is the first time in days where I wake up and the thread isn't being consumed by several pages of S8 debates.
Anyway, since things have quieted down for now, here's a question; What mangaka do you think has had the best/most impressive evolution in their art over time?
-Oda keeps taking breaks so yeah it could mean less volumes might be released net year like. As for sales, it might be easier to sell more than OP, doesn't mean a series will make it.To be fair, the discussion that can be made on 2020 is barely linked to the one we are currently having on 2019. Some interesting points would be:
-If OP 95 releases on february (afaik it's not stated for Nov/Dec/Jan), does that mean there is a chance only 3 OP volumes get released for the 2020 Oricon year? (4 volumes if they all come out 3 months of each others, but only 3 if there happens to be 4 months between two of them as sometimes is the case) If there are no movie on top of that, could it actually get overtaken in 2020? (if it hasn't been in 2019 obviously)
-Will the HQ and MHA anime help their respective sales climb up again ?
-What about TPN, when will its season 2 air ? Will it have an effect on the manga's sales ? What about the Live-action movie ?
-Will the Kimetsu movie help its sales ? Was it a wise decision? (faster to make than a 26 episodes season, meaning it may come out while the Kimetsu hype is still going on)
-If Kimetsu and TPN ends before the end of 2020, will they still be able to enter the top 10 ? (Not Jump related, but the same question can be asked for GoToubun and Attack on Titan)
-The WSJ adaptations confirmed for 2020 are: MHA, TPN (anime+Live action), Kimetsu (movie), Black Clover, One Piece and We Never learn (well, late 2019, but still partly after the end of the oricon year) (and Boruto). At this point last year, we had one more (Dr Stone) and a One Piece movie, but Kimetsu had a full season, not just a movie, WNL and MHA count for both 2019 and 2020. So, when will the eventual Act-Age/Jujutsu anime be announced ? Scheduled for which season/year? What about the One Piece live action wildcard?
Off the top of my head... Inoue and Araki no questionHeh, this is the first time in days where I wake up and the thread isn't being consumed by several pages of S8 debates.

What Series is she from?
Today is Tsutsui's birthday!
How would Jump+ be more beneficial?Assuming S8 is facing a danger of being axed once future volumes don’t grow very much, and assuming Kishimoto has a longer run in mind, admin REALLY wants it to keep running, do you guys think it’s possible that it would just get moved to Jump+ rather than being axed all together?
Sensei from We Never LearnWhat Series is she from?

Huh? Obviously it wouldn’t sell more from being on Jump +.What Series is she from?

Not exactly WSJ but I think Fire Punch may have a good chance at an anime adaptionWhich former Shōnen Jump series (not currently in the magazine) do you guys think is the most likely to get an anime adaptation? Side Question: Which series do you want the most to get an anime?
I wanna say the most likely is like.... Enigma, as darker Jump properties (tonally at least) might seem like a good sell, and Enigma’s initial story is still pretty revered.Which former Shōnen Jump series (not currently in the magazine) do you guys think is the most likely to get an anime adaptation? I can't stretch my mind enough to understand the ins and outs of the industry, and thus couldn't even begin to predict what's "likely"...but I'd certainly be pretty happy if Neuro got a remade/proper adaptation.Which former Shōnen Jump series (not currently in the magazine) do you guys think is the most likely to get an anime adaptation? I’m planning to read Mr. Fullswing, so it’s good to know that is a unique read. Kinda sad there haven’t been that many baseball series since it, but at least Rookies was a great series to go back and read.I wanna say the most likely is like.... As for the series I want most? Mr. Fullswing. I love baseball anime, and there is no other series quite like Mr. Fullswing. It’s unique as heck.
Kubo didn't improve his art tho. He just changed his style. A lot would argue that his initial style was better. The urban style art he had for the first arc especially was very apt for the feel of the series during that arc. But as it got more serious, the change it art was definitely more suited.Kubo
