I've seen Korean webtoons, I don't know how these could be considered censored.

Also, feminism and censoring doesn't need to be related. I mean feminism isn't strong in China, but the censoring is pretty strong there.
Webtoon, which of course published on the web, are under less restrictions. And China censored stuff for difference reasons. Also censorship are not always bad, like how the authority tries to restrict dangerous extremist thoughts. For example, unless I digged really hard to search for them, it's unlikely for me to see legit IS recruitment propaganda, and even if I found them, I would probably on the government's watchlist.

In terms of backlogs:
All of Yaiba just won't fucking leave the top 50, jesus. xD This should be Week 4, so last bets on how much Volume 17 will do. 700k? 750k? 800k?
Dr. Stone volumes are charting between 150-250. I'm honestly curious as to how much this next Dr. Stone volume will do. Guess we'll find out in a couple days.
21 of the 24 HeroAca volumes are now in the Top 500. At this point, I believe this entire franchise is building up to late December, so I'll wait to see how the backlogs do then.

Spy X Family Volume 1 is ranked 99th, while Volume 2 is ranked 43rd. Has Spy x Family ever left the Top 100 ever since it debuted?

EDIT: Made a mistake, meant 21 HeroAca volumes.

KNY 17 was at 663k last week, so my guess is probably 725-730k.... Plus if everything sells 40k plus this week, all KNY volumes would be at 700k+, with volume 1 at 800k.... Just like someone pointed out, I won't be surprised if some of the volumes reach 1M lifetime by the end of this year...

- I think KNY 17 will cross 700k but won't cross 750k this week, it will be in between.
- Dr. Stone will probably do as much as the previous volume did, around 100k in a month.
- It should be 21 volumes, one of the 22 is the character book and yeah, once the battles in MHA start and the movies debuts, the backlog has bigger a chance of growing.
- SXF left the top 100 when it went through a big shortage of copies back in its debut. Has been selling super well ever since the first reprints went out.

Wow great cover for Act-Age, really stunning, but ehh, Yaiba next issue? come on Jump, where is my Black Clover new cover + lead cp?

So nothing ended or isn't confirmed yet? if its the case Jump is really dragging things. Instead of Mitama is Dr. Stone the manga being placed at the back of the magazine? :P

I just took a look at Shoseki and KNY volume 17 has been #1 for 4 days now and the backlog is still selling pretty well. Given how the backlog has probably sold 40k+ (we need Oricon's numbers to have a concrete idea) for each volume just last week and they are on track to sell well this week again, there's a higher possibility that KNY will take over the #1 spot in yearly sales in the following weeks. Also, Samurai 8 volume 1 dropped out of the daily ranking, but weirdly enough volume 2 is still charting (it's at #415).
Volumes 1-16 are out of stock at many stores. They will be refillled today and tomorrow.

Issue 49 Cover:
Really nice cover, Momoshiro's outfit is as pretty as Yonagi's. It hurts to see TPN that low, it's a reminder of how it is barely a shadow of what it was. Surprised by the KNY cover on the next issue, but they probably have an announcement.

4 consecutive good rankings for Yozakura-san and no color page yet, man, what's Nakano even doing? i miss when SJ used to give color pages for the new mangas when they got good rankings right from the beginning, now it's a eternity -_-

About your second point, this isn't exactly a thing only from male focused works. It literally has a similar problem on Josei and Shoujo demographics, which is 95% written by women unlike Shonen and Seinen which has a more fair distribution of man and woman authors and artists. I have read a sizeable number of manga from both demographics and there's many examples of fetishzation of rape, abuse and many things, which is never mentioned on the west because for the most part, we only comment about works from shonen and seinen.
Yeah. This is totally true.

The fetishization of these things in mangas written for women and directed to women could be pretty big.

Webtoon, which of course published on the web, are under less restrictions. And China censored stuff for difference reasons. I don't want to say that censorship is neccesarily bad.

My point was especially that censorship and feminism are not so related like some people think.

I really doubt feminism is the reason for censorship in Korea, especially since a lot of censorship there has politic aspects.

To be fair, Yozakura's ranking isn't so good either.

At the moment, Yozakura is over Yuuna, which is better than other new manga in this year. However, it isn't a solid position either.
