Myakunashi is a last minute one-shot to replace Act-Age, right? I don't remember it being in the last issue's preview. Do we know the author behind it yet?
It may be true for Magu-chan, but for AT I am quite confident that is going to sell reasonably well, at least for Yabuki's name on top of it.
I wouldn't trust Yabuki's name that much. come samurai 8.
Even if it severely underperformed, S8 still sold a lot better than your typical newbie because of Kishimoto’s name.
Huh, this pretty much confirms Ghostwriter as the last axe, then. It was basically the consensus here, but now there’s hard evidence for it. Most of the people that don’t follow Jump this closely is about to experience a rude awakening, it seems.

It's not. But unlike Kishimoto, Yabuki's fans clearly stayed loyal to him after all these years. They kept saying they wanted him back over and over again, and he has written almost nothing but successes because of it.
I suspect this is due to Boruto. While it barely has any involvement from Kishimoto, it still gave people the feeling that Naruto never fully went away, it took away the feeling of missing Naruto and thus missing Kishimoto.
I’m not arguing that AT will survive for years or become a huge.
