2010: Oumagadouki Doubutsuen.
2011: Magico. But Kurogane also started well.
2012: Pajama na Kanojo. I guess.
2013: Hime-Doll
2014: Illegal Rare
2015: I loved many of them. Kagamigami, Sesuji and Samon. Ultra Battle Satellite was good too. Can't choose only one here.
2016: Ole Golazo. I still mourn its axe.
2017: Cross Account and Shuudan.
2018: Act-age lol Give me back David-kun.
2019: Higuma, Saigo no Saiyuuki and Mitama.
2020: None. Zipman, If I had to choose. Or Agravity Boys when it inevitably gets the axe.

There are years I really can't choose. There are many good series out there cancelled.

I don't think Dance Club was cancelled, it got a colour page 5 chapters before it ended and wrapped up everyone's stories pretty completely. I think it just ended early on purpose (presumably so Yokota could do Shudan since it did start just 4 months later, though it unfortunately didn't work out for him).

If i remember, Kagami no Kuni no Harisugawa wasn't really a "cancelation" but more like Yasuhiro Kano just not knowing what to do with the complicated series premise and ending it, in fact overall the series were quite well received on rankings and had good sales, it had some bad rankings here and there but not enough to just "axe" a series suddenly, even Yozakura had more weeks in the bottom for example.

I heard about it, and though about not including, but in a way, even if it really was the case, it was still an early axe.... that came from a different party than usual.

1. Act-Age (I can't think of any cancelled series that was better sadly)
2. Straighten Up! Welcome to Shika High's Competitive Dance Club
3. Cross Manage

• 2011: MAGICO (runner-up: St&rs)
• 2012: Cross Manage
• 2013: N/A (didn't finish it but I liked Smoky B.B.)

I stopped reading WSJ (and manga in general) in 2016 when Bleach ended so I've got a definite gap there that I need to go back and read.

It wasn't canceled, not even a single position in the bottom 5 for months before ending if was the case about rankings, i don't know why some are including as canceled, should consider Bleach and Toriko too in this case. It ended because Yokota wanted.

I don't remember their years, but mine are Soul Catcher(S), U19, The Last Sayuuki and Time Paradox Ghost Writer. With an honorable mention to Stealth Symphony, which I hated while reading weekly but read the whole batch later and liked it much more. I would recommend to anyone to do the same.
