1. Dr. Stone: Chapter of the week hands down. I don't think I've ever seen Senku and his crew at such disadvantage...and I've seen them at large disadvantage a lot of times. The part where the girls escape is the cherry on the top.
2. Nine Dragons' Ball Parade: Whoa, what a way to recover from the lackluster chapter of last week! First, the main party shows they can be reasonable. Then, actual baseball is played. Finally, that hitter is insane! When they do sports it's very good, I hope it will be as good in actual matches when the time comes.
3. Mission: Yozakura Family: This is a characteristic of Yozakura: arcs start pretty average, then they become better and better as they progress, and it all leads to a satisfactory climax. Now we are at the point when a real interest to what happens is starting to grow. And we really raised the stakes now.
4. Undead Unluck: Great chapter. The pokemon fight was really interesting and they also delivered some nice bits of information (there is always some bit of information hidden in every chapter). This fight may even end with big consequences for one side.
5. Sakamoto Days: Nice chapter, now I hope we return to "life in a supermarket" for a while (and this seems to be the case). I love how wife and kid are totally casual about all of this.
6. Jujutsu Kaisen: I never really cared about Choso until just now. I suppose he's becoming a regular. Nice fight anyway, battle coreographies are the among the trademarks of this manga.
7. One Piece: Can we cure Covid like this, too? Chopper, get working on it fast! Jokes aside, it's time to celebrate because at least one sub-plot has finally been resolved.
8. Hard-boiled Cop and Dolphin: It's time for an unpopular opinion: I fell in love with this manga as a slice of life about a police officer living an everyday life in an island full of weirdos, which is exactly what most people disliked about the series. Now that it has taken this path for its end, I still like it but I feel I am ready to part ways with it.
9. Magu-chan: God of Destruction: We returned to SoL antics and it was a nice chapter, better than the recent trend with Magu SoL chapters. Some really funny moments here and there.
10. Phantom Seer: Very good chapter, you can feel the sense of despair and you are left yourself thinking that all hope is lost...until that call. I may have started to like it, but I won't say it loud for now.
11. My Hero Academia: Our good old friend, the "talk no jutsu"...when you are searching for some standard Shonen Jump tropes, MHA is the manga for you.
12. The Elusive Samurai: The arc is good and the situation is interesting to unfold, but I don't understand why they all have to act so creepy about it.
13. High-school Family: Probably the highest rank I ever gave to this series? The characters are starting to grow on me...they sure took their time, though. Probably, the switch to 15 pages has been beneficial. Also, if this got a Vomic, can I still hope to have one for HBC&D?
14. Witch Watch: It wasn't a really fun chapter for me (apart from the "and thus, she decided to use magic" joke that I liked a lot), but I think the explanation is simple: I like it more with the classroom setting. The weird classmates can spice up things more than when the main duo is left alone.
15. Ayakashi Triangle: Not much is happening and there is a good amount of fanservice, but I'll give it credit for the idea of a foreign Ayakashi, this can become an interesting concept to explore.
16. Black Clover: Just another standard, action-packed Black Clover chapter. The only part I really liked is the final page, with that twist at the end of the chapter.
17. Mashle: We're back at what I like less with this series: main character Mash dispatches an apparently invincible opponent by doing Mash things. It reminds me of when Kenshiro was curbstomping mooks left and right before he finally met Raoh. I hope Mash will find his Raoh sooner or later.
18. Me & Roboco: Not the best chapter, I didn't find many funny parts and even the final joke didn't deliver. Unfortunately Roboco is in a losing streak against my humour taste.
19. i tell c: Things are going really fast. Until the arrest it was an acceptable chapter, but then it derailed at such a pace that it may be ending in like 2-3 weeks from here. Or is all of this just an introduction for the real story to begin? There was the same theory circling around with Time Paradox, though.
20. Build King: Things are going really fast. Toriko took a lot of time before it started to be less about food and more about fighting and conspiracies. Are we still supposed to think it is a series about building houses?
