How much growth is that for each series?

I'm surprised to see them so close since recent discussions made me believe Phantom Seer was a bit higher than that. Still good for both series, though!
well last month sales for PS said it was 22k

Taking into consideration shoseki estimates always being too high, it looks like they're both doing about the same as their first volumes. Maybe slight growth for Roboco but not by much.

The numbers we had prior to this for PS vol 2 was higher. Initial Shoseki estimations had it at ~16k for week 1, 5.6k for week 2, and 2.5k for week 3, that's way higher than the monthly number we have. Even if we go with Oricon for week 1 (13.8k), that would still put it at 22k around week 3.

I honestly believe the 22k Shoseki gave to vol 1 in December was greatly inflated, because it just doesn't make sense. Vol 1 was estimated to have sold around 14k during the first two weeks, then disappeared from the weekly rankings completely for the rest of the month, and only sporadically showed up in the daily rankings after the reprint on 12/22, yet somehow ended up with 8k more in the monthly estimates. Vol 2 monthly estimate seems a lot more believable, given what we know.

Another thing to take into account is that Shoseki leaves out several key retailers like online bookstores and comic specialty stores (Amazon, Animate, etc). PS vol 2 was sold out on Animate online store and Amazon like a week before release, was briefly restocked, then sold out on both platforms again before the reprint was announced in the magazine. I expect PS to do a little better at Animate due to retailer exclusive bonus, which Roboco didn't have.

All of this to say take Shoseki estimates with a grain of salt because we just don't know for sure 🤷‍♂️

Sorry for the inconvenience but I wanted if you know how many pages the shonen jump series have that are weekly because I read that for example dragon ball had fewer pages per chapter than the rest.
From already thank you very much.
PS = sorry if what I put is not well understood, I am using google translate.

Oh. So anyone saying that Phantom Seer was showing growth was speaking too soon, I take it.

Even Undead Unluck has stagnated this time around. I was really hoping for more definitive successes ;-;

The average Jump chapter is 19 pages, but from a quick glance it seems Dragon Ball only used 13 every week. That's interesting, I didn't know that.

Under the growth hypothesis, it doesnt look good for phantom seer. Might be time for fans to dissociate their feelings from it.

If it is simply the effect of WSJ's neglect upon the manga.
If he had the same treatment as roboko and magu chan, sales would grow.

Well, say that also to anyone who defends magu chan. after all this had no growth in sales, and even so it receives a lot of promotion from jump.

Not any growth but I don't think this can be considered a drop either. Either way it isn't a big hit.

I just wish they'd give circulation numbers for Yozakura, Undead, and Mashle.

All the doom posting of PS and downplaying what it's doing. But here we are, 100K circulation with 2 Volumes.
Though, with the sales estimations we have, this means that the volumes had a big overprinting/sold below half of its initial printings. That's not good.

Volume 1 has been reprinted thrice, and volume 2 has been reprinted once. It isn't all initial printing, and as someone pointed out earlier, Shoseki doesn't track online retailers.

Lmao at the timing of this post.

Imagine not giving this a CP.
Further proof of Nak's incompetence.
100k in 2 volumes. Isn’t this like, 3-5th best numbers for a newbie series coming from either Jump/Jump+ this year? I actually think it’s right behind K8. It’s a wide gap between them to be sure, but just breaking that number behind the hottest property from a new series is impressive, to say the least.

All of the series' reprints were directly to bookstores, can we stop the mirror climbing to spin the number into something bad please?
Unless the post was deleted, I don't see anywhere on this page where it says the manga was sent directly to bookstores. Do you have a link for it? Thanks.

Maybe because this isn't a reprint notice but a circulation announcement?

All the leaked reprints we got for the series were directly to bookstores.
