Niether is likely. Neither has something right now to justify lead; Triangle has already had it's obligatory volume promotion CP and Witch Watch had it too, with the next one being for "Popularity". If Triangle couldn't get covers for the 1st anniversary then I doubt there's much else to use as a cover justification. We still don't know how WW will do on that front but I imagine it's on a similar path.my bet is either Ayakashi Triangle or Witch watch
If my predictions are correct, then there will be a new batch of 2 somewhere around issues 50-52. I truly believe JJK is getting one for the movie around this time, considering that when it comes out, it'll be around the time of the Christmas/New Years double issues. Elusive might also get one soon for Vol 3 release. My bet is new series
I dont see it happening but I would be REALLY surprised if we have a new serialization next issueMy bet is new series
AT was last issue and WW is this issuemy bet is either Ayakashi Triangle or Witch watch
49 is still GFC and there is almost no precedent for this happening besides the simultaneous gag serializations with fewer page count once. It’s either 1-2 series between 50-52 or we wait until next year unless somehow it’s another gagMy bet is new series
Yeah true, same with Gege, I was expecting a JJK cover for October but hes not at his best eitherBlack Clover and Jujutsu Kaisen have been the longest without covers, and I expect Jujutsu will get one next month closer to the movie, so my guess is Black Clover. Though Tabata does seem to have been struggling to keep up recently, so perhaps we'll get something else.
The series is very popular and it's weird it still didn't have a cover since the series sells 70k+ per volumeNiether is likely. it has already received too many covers lolI really want Black Clover but think is going to be The Elusive Samurai for volume 3, which would explain the recent lack of color pages.
Volume sales are not directly proportional to what gets covers or not; in fact I think ToC is a more reliable indicator for such. Blue Box's cover for volume 1 preceded it's release, so there was no data to use it as a justification. Even then, it's sales have literally not grown at all really, so I imagine the editorial is dissapointed in it's performance. The series is very popular and it's weird it still didn't have a cover since the series sells 70k+ per volume
Witch watch could have a popularity cover or something
Blue Box is literally the only series that grew significantly this month at all. It sold in just the first week what the first volume sold in a month. This is easily the best newbie debut in years and it's only on volume 2.Volume sales are not directly proportional to what gets covers or not; in fact I think ToC is a more reliable indicator for such. I wasn't talking about Blue BoxBlue Box is literally the only series that grew significantly this month at all. It sold in just the first week what the first volume sold in a month. This is easily the best newbie debut in years and it's only on volume 2.
Ayakashi? My badI wasn't talking about Blue Box
I doubt the stage means anything for any series in there. Anime adaptations for WSJ series have never been unveiled in a standard booth stage (which I assume is what the Studio stages are now). This includes Undead and Mashle as well.Ayakashi? My bad
Yeah that's stagnant and possibly decreasing but still getting a Jump Festa studio stage and such
One Piece will probably get another cover to celebrate Anime Episode 1,000, becouse next one is for Wanokuni climax.Okay, now i'm almost 100% sure we will get a new serialization round at issue #50 if One Piece is getting the cover next week
Btw, Roboco going from Top 3 to Bottom 3 in a week lol
