Sounds interesting. Are you trying to keep it scheduled? From 0 to 4, and from 12 to 16 etc?

Hows it working out for you? Iirc you had sleeping troubles in the past, did changing your way of sleeping help?

Yeah I try to keep it scheduled but sometimes I go bed two hours late the first period, the first period 4 am to 8 am, 2nd from 4 pm to 8 pm.

It was hard at first but after few days I adapted to it, I had sleeping trouble because of intense anxiety. Even now I can’t sleep if I have this kind of anxiety. But overall I feel this sleeping way is better because I feel like I have more time.
