Dobo is not even the main bird is just the son of the main owl and he’s not even able to tame that shit.

How is Pudidy not CC level? He was completely dominating Jinsung in this chapter, and Jinsung could barely fight back.

?? Pudidy finally uses a decent shinneuh and, jinsung gets dominated and can't keep up. the only question is whether Dobo belongs to him or not, if so then he is CC level and it won't be debatable anymore

It doesn't matter if the owl is his or not. The fact of the matter is that Pudidy can summon it and draw on its power to assist him in battle. It's a part of his arsenal.

Anyone else noticed how Baam seems to be collecting powers/references from the 10 families?

Previously:
- V/Arlene powers
- Learned his inner quality from Eduan (Khun)
- Learned Shinsu control from Jinsung (Ha) (not only, but he considers him his master, not Hansung)
- Evankhell/Ancients are not really explicit yet, but might be related.
- Obviously has the anti-Zahard thorn.

This was going at a pretty slow pace, but this arc he just started absorbing massive powers:

- Absorbed White (Arie)
- Absorbed an ancient Shinheuh (Lo Po Bia)

One might predict he's going to draw powers from all the major families until the end of the series.

There's a difference between absorbing powers from the Great Families and having teachers from them.

Looking at Baam's teachers:

• Jinsung: Ha
• Data Eduan: Khun
• Hansung Yu: Bloodmadder (?)
• Evankhell: Yeon (?)

And at the powers Baam has absorbed:

• Lecalicus and Black March: Zahard
  • Black March is Zahard because the 13 Month Weapons are meant for the Princesses.
• White's souls: Arie
• Leviathan: Lo Po Bia

Be careful some people will accuse you of wanting TOG to be solo leveling , even if when we look at SJW progression and Baam one , Baam progression seems to be closing to SJW one .

Finally bam made it to jinsung now I'm sure he is gonna make it out ok, so bam can get the full training next time skip.

Leviathan summoning is smaller than I thought, it can get bigger probably when needed, so all of bam attacks are buffed again, wonder what happening with leviathan did it get devoured? Or in like the admins, the bam looks he is forcefully using the powers as his own, red and blue are sentient even when bam is using them, this not so much looks different than how leviathan usually looks, so this seems like bam version of anima powers.

I'm not obsessed with power levels, jinsung has lots of skills and techniques to teach bam, it doesn't matter if bam is stronger than him.

If i remember well , Jinsung gave Baam lot if not most of his technique and at this point in time i don't see a major timeskip .

Not only that , Jinsung skill are inferior and not really adapted to irregular skill .

Baam is already easily top 100 and very likely be closing to top 50 by the end off this arc .

At the end off this arc , i can only see Luslec , Enne or another irregular train Baam like Urek .

The only technique that Jinsung mentioned wanting to pass on to Baam was the Dragon Tiger Gate. And that can be accomplished here at the Nest.

We do not need — and probably will not get — another Jinsung - Baam training time skip. Baam has surpassed Jinsung not only from a power level perspective, but also from a narrative perspective. This battle together will cement to Jinsung that his student is now someone that's stronger than him.

Not even close. Baam has never been presented the way Jinwoo was in Solo Leveling. He's usually made to look inferior to major opponents, and he almost never accomplishes anything on his own singular merit. What has he ever actually done that he didn't receive some kind of help with?

Orb and loop are part of the basis Baam, in fact even thryssas should be part of it. Souls, shinwonryuu and the thorn are hax that act as a damage multiplier so we use the term "base".

BTW, black shinsoo should count as baam's base too, because that's his true style of manipulation.
