I've been getting the feeling that SIU has been feeling that SIU has been feeling really bold (horny) this year. He complains about his wrists buy takes the extra time to draw Mas and Nen. I'm not complaining tho lol.

Orb and loop are part of the basis Baam, in fact even thryssas should be part of it. Souls, shinwonryuu and the thorn are hax that act as a damage multiplier so we use the term "base".

BTW, black shinsoo should count as baam's base too, because that's his true style of manipulation.

I separated them because they are all modifiers that boost Baam's strength. I'm not really attached to whatever people call "Base Baam". The point is that if past precedent is anything to go by, Baam should be able to become dozens of times stronger than what he's showing currently.

It doesn't matter if the owl is his or not. The fact of the matter is that Pudidy can summon it and draw on its power to assist him in battle. It's a part of his arsenal.

If i remember well , Jinsung gave Baam lot if not most of his technique and at this point in time i don't see a major timeskip .

Not only that , Jinsung skill are inferior and not really adapted to irregular skill .

Baam is already easily top 100 and very likely be closing to top 50 by the end off this arc .

At the end off this arc , i can only see Luslec , Enne or another irregular train Baam like Urek .

Baam is probably more like top 25 lol
He low diff slapped around a top 100 White, so he was probs more like around top 50 then
After absorbing the souls and Levi, he is probs a lot stronger, so like top 25 or something.


I think there may be some special move or two that he will teach Baam.

There's a difference between absorbing powers from the Great Families and having teachers from them.

Looking at Baam's teachers:

• Jinsung: Ha
• Data Eduan: Khun
• Hansung Yu: Bloodmadder (?)
• Evankhell: Yeon (?)

And at the powers Baam has absorbed:

• Lecalicus and Black March: Zahard
  • Black March is Zahard because the 13 Month Weapons are meant for the Princesses.
• White's souls: Arie
• Leviathan: Lo Po Bia

Yes, there is a difference, and that's why I said powers or references, and that it went from teachings, who were slowly paced/small powers, to simply absorving enormous chunks of power this arc.

Can't exactly predict if Baam's just gonna absorb more powers related to families he previously had contact with, or if this is just because of pacing and SIU felt the need to increase Baams power abruptly, but if anything, there's still a symbolic reference or a teacher to fall back on in order to establish the connection to some of the families. He inherited something from them.

He's also already in contact with Gustang, and should get a thorn fragment from him, so I guess there's not that many left.

Also, seemingly atleast Maschenny knew he will get out, and that he brought 'something', as she said !
But surely she couldn't see any physical thing that Baam came out with... maybe she may not have known Leviathan, but still she said he brought something, so to me it looks a good indication that Maschenny knew whatever is in there is a power up, not some physical thing/weapon. Even as far as knowing, Leviathan was the powerup she wanted for Baam to have, won't be wrong at this point.
